I’ve written reviews before and they always get deleted. I’ve been here for five years and the manager changes every six months. No one is ever on staff or call, I’ve had a dead raccoon in the wall for weeks and the trash is never picked up on time. Don't move here.

Maintenance is on time and responsive and office staff is nice and always willing to help. My apartment is spacious and updated, I couldn't ask for much more

Professionalism from the very beginning. I don't understand the negative post but again to each their own. I would highly recommend this complex. Anytime we've had a concern management responded quickly and professionally.

Ground kept nice, lawn care excellent 2 br 2 bath spacious and brand new, the building is secured entrance. The office staff is very professional and nice can't wait to move into my apartment this month.

Been here two years, tour of apartment was great moved in everything started breaking on its own and now we have teenage thieves who break into cars.

We are relocating and haven't moved in yet but I'd like to say Homa is a beautiful spirit and made us want to live here. Her kindness and patience was a blessing as we embark on a new chapter. Thank you for your acceptance. I look forward to giving you 5 Stars!

Not happy that nothing gets fixed and i can't utilize my patio because its always flooded, but i do like the people and the fun things the office does for our kids, pizza parties etc. We have new management and i hope they continue to do that for them!

DO NOT MOVE HERE! The worst living experience ever. Maintenance tells you to fix everything yourself. People leave there dog crap everywhere. When you break your lease you sign a paper telling you to turn your keys in by the first and you wont be charged the rest of your lease.the day you turn them on one the first they threaten to sue you. Please do not move here. Place is Very loud neighbors keep you up all night and Amy wont do anything about it. In the winter they don't take care of ice i myself have fallen several times and reported it. I was told that the ice would be taken care of and they never did anything. I was never late on rent and they still never helped with anything. The curfew they say they have for ten for kids is never enforced they are out all night as loud as they can be.i guess the worst part had to be the leaking ceiling in the bathroom that had mold growing.

This place puts on a good show but don't be fooled! Once you sign the lease they treat you like you're nothing. My apartment had so many problems, from the air leak coming in through the air conditioner to the water not properly draining in the bathtub. For eleven months, I was told that a new bathtub would be installed (it was a serious health issue, imagine taking a bath and having to stand in water piling up at the back) but it never came. When I went to pay my LAST rent payment, I was refused. Amy said she wouldn't take my rent because she wanted us to move out. No heads-up, no letter in the mail, no nothing. Just three weeks before my lease is up (not 30 days) our so called leasing office manager tells me that we can't resign our lease. I had nowhere to go and no money saved for deposits and moving expenses. So, when I take the rent back, they, of course, file an eviction and now I owe them $2,700! Amy is evil! She smiled in my face the entire time I lived there and even when she told me a new bathtub would be put in AFTER I moved out. What she did is illegal and I heard that it isn't the first time she's done something like this. DON'T MOVE HERE! Unless they fire evil Amy!
