I have no idea what we would have done without CPN. I worked with Nikki more than anyone. It didn't take long to feel like I was working with a friend and not just a CPN representative.

My sons didn't add all the schools they applied to to their FAFSA list. E-mailed CPN and got a quick response of 'Just e-mail us the list we'll take care of it. ' List was e-mailed back, schools added within quite literally minutes. Customer support/service done right!
