8It is very unprofessional and they management is always not doing their job they have no manager every other month and refuse to do anything about any problems that happens
I feel like no one should move over here until they clean up their property cuz it is not right no one should live like this at all
It was a 76 birthday celebration of Miss Carol and it was wonderful we did a drive-by present drop off even though it was raining. Such an honor and a blessing to be a part of someone so seasoned!
WONDERFUL PLACE TO LIVE ️ Affordable downtown living. Love the private security and maintenance crew. Management is very professional and reliable to work with.
I applied at this place in December of 2020. The office was closed to the public and they instructed me to put my application in the RENT drop box, I did. I called back In January and was told they’re working on it. I called again in July the black lady said I never turned in an application and she’ll get back to me after she look through the application box. Today I called (Nov 2nd 2021) and was told I never turned in an application. I’m so upset I feel like me and my daughter information was completely breached! I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
This establishment is run by the greatest I've ever seen. The office personnel is quite helpful and well-maintained.

Hats off to the construction workers. It's amazing the transformation that was made to these apartments. They look absolutely gorgeous inside and out. I have three more years till I'm old enough to apply. They are really nice.
