The ladies that are always working are always amazing and friendly.above all I was particularly drawn to this facility above others when I saw how new their washer/ dryer technology was. It's super modern and co, washers/ dryers dont look like they're still from the 90's which like I said is why I chose this place above all others:)

I met a lady today there working named Angie, she is great, she stayed ontop of cleaning everything as soon as people removed their clothes, i have nvr ever each time i been there seen people clean, as matter of fact i needed help once and the lady got aggitated with me and acted like i was stupid cause i didnt know how to use the card machine, well today it was out of order not knowing they had another one, Angie was right ontop of helping me theough several issues i had today! Whoever the owner is needs to cherish her and give her praise as well as a raise, she went above and beyond today for me Thank you Angie for your help and chit chat made me feel really welcome unlike the 3 other times i have ever been there!

Im new to marion so it was my first time there! The lady that was work was absolutely amazing and so sweet and nice to talk to, come to find out I know her nieces and nephew and her sister and brother in law, so if I ever need to go to a laundromat again it definitely will this one for sure it's 3 mins from my house and absolutely enjoyed talking with this wonderful lady!

Always clean and a laid back environment. Never too packed usually. Washers are great. Even have a washer that washes 60lbs!

I was slightly sticker shocked on prices when I first arrived. HOWEVER, their machines are quite large and fit multiple loads. All in all I ended up spending the same or very close to the same because i needed less washers. Dryers actually dried with first run instead of needing to put heavy blanket back in. They even had a wrinkle prevention cycle. I had six dryers running and they kept fluffing the clothes to keep them wrinkle free until I could get to them.
Business was extremely clean! I am used to carrying Lysol wipes and cleaning my counters before I fold laundry. Units were clean, counters were clean, floor were clean! It was a welcome change to other facilities I have used.
We travel in our motorhome so frequently use random ones as needed. I was pleasantly surprised to see a laundry mat not only staffed-but staff was helpful and assisted helping me learn the machines even without me asking.
I will definitely be back! Such a great experience. Great job to the persons responsible for going above and beyond

I really like how they have added so many new machines! I love using their card system. You can manage your card online or with the app and even start machines from your phone. More importantly you can keep track of all your active machines and get notifications when they're done!

Very clean I would give it five stars but there's one person that works there that thinks she knows it all

I absolutely love this place. They have the big industrial style washers and dryers. The women that work there are always friendly and ready to help in anyway they can. I never wash anywhere else.

Wash and fold service is wonderful. Dropped my clothes off before work, picked up after work. Very nice and accommodating

This is a standard laundromat with plenty of different size washing machines and dryers. They have plenty of laundry carts for their customers to use and coin operated detergent and softener machines are available. There is a table with chairs for customers to sit and wait at and a snack machine as well. The staff is friendly and helpful. The building is old and so is their sign but that doesn't stop this place from being packed on the weekends! Whenever my washer or dryer are on the fritz, I choose Colonial Coin Laundry to pick up the slack. They also have drop-off service which I haven't used.
