This place is unorganized to the point where I think they are scammers! They have constant staff and management issues and replacements every other week just to take residents money and then charge them ridiculous fees! They piling on more fees and they make your rent payment late! They need to be investigated. Nobody can personally get in touch with the head office

If I could give zero stars I would. This is my third time living in the complex and if downhill was a place it would be here. Office managers constantly changing, neighborhood has trash everywhere, pool has been out for 2 summers and just a bunch of promised dates. Which is upsetting when you pay for amenities. Ppl smoke weed in the laundry room which whatever seeing as tho the washing machine never works anyway. Entry door doesn’t lock and random men sleep on the stairs here n there. Police called and they’ll leave and come right back. There was throw up in the hallway for months and I believe a dog “cleaned” it before maintenance ever came around. Which there are always dogs randomly walking around… I know it’s pet friendly but they should have to have these big dogs leashed at all times… I’ve reported that my dishwasher stinks 4 times and they just mark it complete. I’ve told them my porch has a hole on the balcony above me so the dog uses the bathroom at the hole right onto my porch so I can’t sit out there and porch furniture was peed on … Also reported a leak that caused a huge hole in my ceiling and now infested with flying ants… and not to mention when lease was first signed they were 3 days late with my keys and finally getting my keys IT WAS THE WRONG UNIT… and not only was it more expensive, they told me, my unit wouldn’t be available for about 3 months so THEY gave me this one in the meantime but wouldn’t credit any of the money. This is just a few of the issues that ive experienced and im not even sure what my next move is but im counting down the days until my lease is over … I’d rather be homeless … ohhhh and one more thing … they attempted to force ppl to park in the garage and charge us 30 dollars. I refused because my truck doesn’t fit and the garages are caving in and full of birds/bats my car was towed and almost 300 to get back. The ppl that towed my car apologized and took my information because they even felt bad and wanted to make sure they never reported my vehicle again

They need to take their website down. Book a tour and was there on time, not only was the leasing office lock the office was dark as well and the phone number is disconnected.

I have never written a review and that is because nothing has ever been note worthy enough to me that I felt the need to write review. I’m writing this review to warn people against this complex. This was my first apartment ever and it has been he worse experience I think I’ve ever had. I moved in 11/11/22 and moved out 7/1/23 due to the serious problems I have with Colony club. First to note is the fact my fridge broke and was replaced 3 times in the 6 months I lived there. They took more than a week to respond to my maintenance requests and I was out hundreds of dollars in groceries due to not having a working fridge or freezer for over a week at a time multiple times. Secondly there is trash everywhere. There is no regard for health or even just general cleanliness as the landscapers just tear up the trash when doing the weekly rounds. There is always dumping at the community trash cans and it never is addressed. Thirdly my partner who did not live with me was over visiting and ending up staying the night. When we went outside the next day we found out her car was towed and impounded and we were forced to pay $150 to get the vehicle release at 10pm that night. And lastly is the biggest thing I have an issue with, I have yet to hear anything about my security deposit being returned. I have been into the office numerous times to discuss the fact that no one will return my calls or emails and when I ask what to do I am told to call into the office and press the button for leasing and it will get me to a person. This I not correct. No matter what option you press no one will ever answer the phone. I have been officially moved out for 1 month and 14 days and I have not heard a single word about getting money that is owed to me. I encourage anyone that can choose to not live here. To find another option to call home.

*****UPDATE

I reached out the day Colony Club reached out after I posted my review. I have not heard a single thing since apparently being told that an agent would review the information and reach out to me within 48-72 hours. It has obviously been way longer than that at this point. I have foolishly attempted to try to contact the office and there is still no way to reach a person directly. Again showing the unprofessionalism of this complex.

Lately this apartment complex be hyper fixating with lawnmowers almost everyday in the morning. They are loud and a nuisance. Even if the grass doesn't need cutting. I feel this is intentional to annoy the residence.

Last Thursday 8/10/23, I talked a Donna to schedule a meeting to get my keys and look over unit 517 Saturday 8/12/23 11am and start moving in. I waited 25 minutes, no call, no show. I left 3 VM and sent 2 emails. Today 8/15/23 I have yet to receive a return phone call and reply to my emails. I called yesterday and talked to Brian in the office, he supposedly advised, Sarah the Manager was to call me back yesterday 8/14/23, still no return call.
I will be contacting BBB as well as the State Attorney General office. I shouldn’t have to wait 3-4 weeks to receive my refund of $200.

Horrible place to live leasing office and maintenance get changed every few months never same person in office all these 5 stars on here is the office trying to make this place look great nobody ever answers the phone maintenance dosent fix anything here sinks been leaking ceiling leaking they come and leave and say they fixed it not renewing my lease here at all have a slug problem the staff is horrible here they charge way tomuch for rent for the quality of maintenance and staff rent should be 600 trash is always on side of road my son has been living with a leak I his room for 2 years its disgusting how they treat ppl here the staff never lasts here i don't even know how this place is open it should be shut down

Applied 3/1/2023, paid the $50 app fee, after over a week my app was never processed. I called and requested a refund, I was told to wait up to 6 weeks, STILL NO REFUND. On 4/25/2023 I filed a dispute with my bank, issued a temporary credit. I woke up yesterday to the credit being reversed. Why was it reversed when I NEVER received my refund from you all? Y’all was quick to snatch the money out my account, but now y’all don’t want to give back. I NEVER signed a lease, nor was my application processed, and I was told by the property manager I’d receive a refund.

UPDATE: I’ve been calling and the phone just rings, I left voicemails, and I’ve sent an email. Very unprofessional!

UPDATE: as of 7/10/2023 my administration fee has not been refunded

UPDATE: As of 8/4/2023 still no refund of administration fee

Colony Club Apartments great place to live! Under new management with RPM and Leasing office staff very friendly there making great changes for the good.

I been a resident at Colony Club for 6yrs this management is Awesome. When I had a problem they took care of it right away not only that the management staff was very helpful. I recommend this property to my family. Keep up the Great Work. Thank you for Hard Work

Colony club is the best apartments that I have stayed at so far. The property manager Alexus and the assistant manager Mr. Johnson has been extremely helpful throughout my stay in here.

My grandma use to live here in the early 2000s and it was so nice, management now is not the same, even though apartments are upgraded the culture is gone

I’ve been here about 4 years now and at first it was absolutely amazing. It’s quiet where I am and my neighbors are awesome. I really wish Becky was still here. Now on to management. New management is very unprofessional. They do not answer calls nor return messages. If I wasn’t in the middle of planning my wedding I would have not resigned my lease. Though I’m thinking of breaking it once this is said and done. Such a shame to because it was actually pretty pleasant. If management can get it together, than maybe they’ll be ok.

I met with Lonell S.in person in the leasing office making a request for my client who has a disability. I have made countless calls to the leasing office and maintenance department and have not received a single call back. Terrible customer service and professionalism. How can you ignore the safety needs of any person but, especially someone with a physical disability?
