Everyone was kind, friendly and professional. I was especially appreciative of the ride to and from work while they had my car.

I normally don't write reviews however =it's a must in this case. My wife and I were in the market for a new truck and went to three different dealerships in a day before ending up at Columbia Chevrolet. I could not ask better experience. Grant our salesman greeted us in the upmost professional way. Grant knew his way around the vehicle and made us feel at ease during the whole purchasing process. We did come back another day to finish the purchase and once again greeted with a smile. Jim in finance was friendly and ready to roll. I would highly recommend Columbia Chevrolet on your next purchase. I know I will drive 45 minutes out of my way again.

Cannot say enough positive things about my experience here. Grant Pilman, and everyone else involved in the process, was super helpful and professional. Never once did they try to push bonus packages or any other upcharge on me and everyone was very transparent and understanding of my questions as a first time car buyer. Would definitely recommend. I thought the service on the call backs were fantastic, Bruce kept me up to date on the oil change, and he notified me on the new filter.

We baught a 2016 chevy malibu hybrid from here with 23k miles. The car seemed amazing except the sunroof wasnt working so we took it back to have it serviced. We get it back and it works fine well at about 36k miles it started doing the same thing and it wasnt covered under warranty. They said last time they had to reset it and this time it was the wiring harness. Tried to argue they should cover it but didnt press the issue. I was sold a lemon before 100k i replaced valve cover. Hybrid harness hybrid battery fan. Grille shutters. Windshield washer pump quit working and part is on back order no eta. One side of the driver seat quit working. Now at 122k miles we have to voluntarily have our car repod because water came in through a bad seal in a brake light and poured onto the hybrid battery. Which i believe caused the hybrid motor to go out which at a discounted price would have been 7600 to fix not including damage from the gas motor getting hot. It was also time to get the struts replaced. And we now owe 15.5k for an oversized paper wieght. Dont buy a malibu or a hybrid ever lesson learned.

I had the pleasure of working with Grant of Columbia Chevrolet on a car order I placed for the 2023 Chevy Bolt. Grant helped me navigate the order process and make sure that it was sent into production in a timely manner.

Unfortunately, I was unable to fulfill my car order since I would be moving much sooner than anticipated. I called Grant to apologize that I would not be able to fulfill the order, and Grant reassured me that it was not a problem and worked diligently to get my security deposit refunded.

We had never done business at Columbia Chevrolet before, but were very impressed with Grant Pilman, who made the whole experience seamless while exchanging our leased Honda for a new Chevy Trax. Grant was very knowledgeable, professional and accommodating in helping us with our new lease agreement. It was definitely worth the drive from Middletown to do business at this dealership.

Everyone was very helpful and they gave me my truck back washed and much cleaner than it was.

All went well with the sale. As advised by our sales rep, we did have trouble setting up OnStar. Our new tags were sent to the wrong address instead of being held at the dealership as I requested. Other than that, no serious issues.

Had my vehicle towed to the dealership a day earlier than my appointment day. I was not expecting to for them to look at my car until the appointment date and time. They had my car fixed and able to pick up with 4 hours of being dropped off! Fantastic experience and crew!

Asked them to look at vehicles for 10,000$ or less get a denial from a credit union for 16,000$ had to keep bugging them to not forget me.ridiculous if you ask me.worst experience since Jake Sweeny.
