Clearance (take an additional 20% off) signs on merchandise that when you get to the register isn’t on sale. Management won’t own the deception they just say you can pay full price. No price in the store is reliable. Otherwise decent selection, alright prices, friendly staff.

I love this store. The employees are always nice and super helpful. Great selection, so much variety, and a great brand!

Went in to yet out of the cold, but as I was browsing found a great heavy duty flannel shirt. The pre black Friday sales were a great deal so I grabbed it. The custome service though was lacking, while I was in there I saw three men working but they were busy many times talking to one another rather than offering to assist.

We got what we went for but I wonder if all the merchandise is the same quality as online or in non-outlet stores. I wish "outlet" prices reflected the discount that I think should be the point of an outlet store.

Clean, organized and the cashier was very friendly... Did not have to wait in line long at all.

Well, as far as price goes this place cannot be beat! Albeit plain and a bit boring; which I believe is a larger symptom of Columbia in general… For classic, basic, functional “un-busy” outdoor, hiking, winter sports etc apparel this is your place! It clean and they have a nice selection of also discounted shoes. Columbia shoes are excellent!

Umm.boring AF! Also the staff at J. Crew, and Express are rude. The Staff at Kate Spade was friendly and inviting.

This place is ran by rude teenagers who basically threw our bag at us.: (won't be back.

Customer service on point, but product just seems to be going downhill. Most items just feel cheaply made to the touch.

The Columbia outlet is pretty hit or miss from a fashion standpoint. A lot of what they sell is very utility-focused, and I believe that they do well within that niche. I got a great deal on a fleece that I wear to work just about every day, so I have no complaints.

Great gear at really good prices. There are other stores similar but they can't beat the quality of items. Nor can they match the outstanding service and care for the needs of there customers. Great management and associates that go the extra mile. Could go on and on about this store. Highly recommend over the rest.

Can’t say enough good things about this store and it’s amazing employees. I purchased a new winter coat in January, however did not take it out of the bag or tags off of it until today. I discovered a seam apart at the bottom of one of the pockets hidden under the flap. I returned to the store to see if I could trade it, knowing I was past 60 days the purchase date, just in case. I was able to pick out another coat, make the trade, I even got a 20% discount because it was a return. Thank you guys!
