Across the street from police department, safe! Next to the park with walking, baseball, tennis, grilling, concerts and fireworks. These units are clean and maintenance is on the ball. Office workers are quick to respond. Snow removal lacked last year with the sudden blizzards. Quiet, nice neighbors. Big Con is, they rewrite the lease every year! So when the new lease rolls around, you see the increases in cable, garage rental, pet rent and additional security deposit based on the increase. If it’s out of your budget, you need to make arrangements 90 days before your renewal; otherwise it automatically renews and now you get locked into the new rates that you may or may not be able to afford. Rent doesn’t just go up, all the amenities that you get charged for go up to. With that in mind, it really is a good place to live. If you are a night shift worker, they do not care about that. If they have inspections on the day you work and try to sleep before your shift, just wait and wait and wait. They might get to you an hour before your shift begins. Lawn crews are supposed to be Monday. Nope, rarely are. It’s usually a Thursday or Friday right as I am about to lay down after a 12 hr shift and before my next 12. Ha! I am salty about this part.

One of the best places I've lived as an adult. The maintenance of the grounds is pristine. The customer service is exceptional. It is affordable. Nice and quiet. Community activities are fun for the whole family.
