Oh my goodness, the staff, the details, the pre-op, the post op, the results of my surgeries so far have been incredible! I don’t want to share exactly what I got however, I am extremely happy. Dr Heck and his team is top notch!

I was referred here by my dermatologist and was hopeful for support and further education with my gut and hormone issues. Unfortunately, I was not informed that they do not accept any insurance. (My naivety for sure but I am use to medical facilities taking my insurance). I went to my original blood work appointment and was charged 450$. Not once was I communicated with about insurance or the fact that they do not take. I quickly realized that this facility is for a different tax bracket than I am in. I followed up and originally received good customer support but have since canceled my follow up due to the lack of adequate financial information and support. I wish quality health care was for all and not just the financially privileged.

Wow! I don't have any complaints at all. The locations are easy to find. The office is beautiful and clean. Every staff member has been super nice to me. Dr. Wakelin did a great job! It was easy-peasy. I definitely will return!

Dr.jason hehr was my surgeon for my breast reduction.during consultation he explained in details the procedure, aftercare and everything in between.he did an amazing job.i feel like a whole new woman and i couldn’t be more grateful.he is so humble, down to earth and can hold conversation like he’s known you for years! I highly recommend him.

I had the pleasure of having Dr. Heck perform my surgery and there aren't enough positive things for me to say about him or his team. Every single interaction I had with his office was positive. Even the time I spent at the surgery center was a positive experience and that is really saying something because I'm terrified of all things medical. Dr. Heck noticed this right away and made sure I was comfortable while waiting for surgery. The team is very responsive and while I am still swollen at the moment, the results I see are incredible. The waiting list is pretty substantial, but once you get seen, you see why. 10/10.

I travel to Columbus all the way from Arizona to get any procedure done at CAPS. I can confidently say I feel completely comfortable and have full trust in the staff here. They are always so accommodating and make me feel very comfortable. When getting a treatment at CAPS, the provider always listens to all of my needs and tailors the plan to me specifically. My wife was misdiagnosed by Dr Wetli. We moved passed it because Wetli is young and inexperienced and my wife is a very forgiving person. My daughter had a visit with the same Doctor and was disappointed by her knowledge. I scheduled with Dr. Wetli for a very routine procedure that has never taken more than 20 minutes at another Dermatologist. I scheduled for the first appointment of the day and arrived 15 minutes early. Was kept waiting 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment. Her assistant impatiently shouted my name across the open lobby, which seemed unnecessary as I was the only person waiting. Dr. Wetli took a very brief look at my issue and said that I would have to come back to have that addressed. However, she noticed something else about my appearance that she described in a derogatory manner, said she could perform that procedure during the current visit. I brought her attention back to the issue that I came in to have addressed and that I was not interested in proceeding with her “recommendation”. She looked me in the eyes, squinted and pursed her lips. Never had a Doc do that to me before this one. I left and will not return. My family cannot recommend this Dermatologist. After the experience of myself, family and others, I have concluded that part of the business model of this particular business is to try and exploit people’s personal insecurities. Just be prepared. Your medical concern will likely take a backseat to their attempts to induce your vanity. Best of luck.

My husband and I have been coming to this location for a year now and we both couldn't be happier with our experience. The staff is incredibly professional and friendly, which really makes a difference when it comes to feeling comfortable during treatments. I especially appreciate the fact that my Botox was done by a trained nurse, Michelle, which added an extra layer of trust and confidence. My husband also had a great experience with his treatment as well. Overall, we highly recommend this location for anyone looking for quality, professional treatments.

I recently had a breast augmentation by Dr Hehr at CAPS and couldn’t be happier with the results! His attention to detail is exactly what you want in a plastic surgeon. I highly recommend him and his staff.

For a long time all I wanted was a tummy tuck so I decided that I was going to do it. I saved up and was so happy when the time came for my surgery. A year after my surgery I am so depressed and mad/sad and embarrassed from my results. Everyone going out of the country to get one done but I said that I was just going to stay in town because it was going to be the same but no it was not. I was going to go back and get my thighs done but I think I will take my chances and go else where.

I wish i could give 0 stars. Whatever you do, do not make an appointment with DR. VASKO. She doesn’t care about her patients nor does she cares if her work is good. She only wants to get paid and rushes through all the appointment. She never does what you ask her to do. She did my tummy tuck and was left with a-lot of extra skin and a slanted line. I was extremely unhappy with the results and she did not care. She did my revision and still did not do a good job nor did she do what i asked her to do. She wants me to pay extra for her time.not only that. She was rude to me in the operating room. DO NOT CHOOSE HER! Save your money! And go to another facility that cares about there patients and results! Not even a single call to follow up.imagine? HORRIBLE. And i know i am not the first! I spent 30K for nothing.

I'm about 3 months post-op and I cannot thank Dr. Treece and his staff enough! They are the very best. This is my second surgery with Dr. Treece and he has been outstanding during and after both procedures. My results are not quite where I want them yet, but that is on me and not them.

Dr. Tyler Angelos was phenomenal. I went in for liposuction and a scar revision and my results were optimal. Couldn't of asked for a better surgeon

I’ve used CAPS for Cool Sculpting and now a breast lift and augmentation. The NP, Stephanie, that did my Cool Sculpting is wonderful. She took her time to make sure the device placement was perfect and was just really down do earth and pleasant to be with.
I am only 24 hours post op for my breast surgery with Dr. Heck but I feel great! He was very clear and concise during my consultation back in April and even more so when prepping for surgery. His “focus face” when measuring and marking me was great, quite the artist!
I just got out of my check up and even with the swelling and stitches I’m already pleased with the results. I’ll post edits throughout my recovery.

Dr. Vasko was incredibly professional and considerate. Very knowledgeable and informative throughout the process. Also the staff and receptionist were all so polite and pleasant and quick to assist.

I received a breast lift and augmentation with Dr. Angelos in February. Dr. Angelos is very kind and he is a skilled surgeon. Unfortunately, within 2 weeks of having implants, I (a perfectly healthy 22 year old) started experiencing every symptom under the sun of breast implant illness. I was in and out of the emergency room with no answers. I called CAPS to try to reach Dr. Angelos for reassurance and was put through to Dr. Vasko who was extremely rude and dismissive and rushed me off the phone—telling me it was probably COVID (even though I had tested neg for COVID, flu, autoimmune disorders, and thyroid issues at the ER). She chuckled within the last 20 seconds of the call—which still haunts me. It was an incredibly disappointing experience. I hope that moving forward, every surgeon at CAPS treats it’s patients who are struggling with their surgeries just as well as those who are thriving. Thankfully, after 4 months after explanting, I had made just about a full recovery after feeling like absolute death, and receiving no help in a moment of despair. My progress was no thanks to CAPS, whose surgeons don’t like to acknowledge bii. Thankfully I now have a platform, and have been asked to do many interviews regarding the dangers of implants for a lot of women, and the lack of help from certain doctors. Do better, CAPS.

Dr. Wetli is an amazing dermatologist. She takes the time to listen and answer any and all questions you have. She’s not like many other dermatologists who just want to push every medication known to mankind on you and move onto the next patient. She is very patient and is willing to try other treatments before anything to strong. I also like that it’s quite easy to get onto her schedule. Some derms you have to wait months to even be seen the first time. I cannot say enough good things about her and the staff at CAPS. You are treated with kindness from the moment you enter the building until you leave. I’ll definitely continue going to CAPS for all my skincare needs. Y’all do amazing work, keep it up!

So happy a friend referred me to Dr Heck and his amazing staff. My experience has been completely positive from my first time at CAPS. Everyone goes out of their way to make sure your questions and concerns are addressed with satisfaction. CAPS is now my go to! It should be yours too!
