Columbus Bath did an OUTSTANDING JOB! The installers were VERY friendly and professional. Even the staff at their store were a big help. This is the first time in over 30 years that I had my bathroom redone. I was very picky about who to choose. I will definitely have then do my other bathroom. The price was lower than the rest and the work is BEAUTIFUL. Thanks Columbus Bath

We have used Columbus Bath Design for three bathrooms and couldn't be more pleased. They do great work, start and finish when they say they will. They provide good value for the money.

My husband and I are very pleased with the bath remodel that Columbus Bath Design performed. They expanded our shower making a seat. They replaced the flooring, countertop, built in mirror, replaced the tile with onyx and installed shower glass. From start to finish Michelle and her crew were fast, thorough, professional.and we are hiring them again to do even more work. That says it all. They are truly trustworthy.

I cannot speak more highly about the quality of the work and the professionalism of the owner of this company. We contracted for a full remodel of a second bathroom in my Columbus condo. The estimate was precise and the delivery of the service was on target. I would not hesitate to use Columbus Bath Design again. I will recommend them to family and friends. You cannot find any firm in Columbus that can do a better job.

My wife and I just finished a full remodel of two bathrooms, an upstairs full hall bathroom and a large master bathroom with Columbus Bath. I want to say how happy we are with the finished product and that Columbus bath met or exceeded all our expectations in all areas of the job. Michelle Wray met with my wife and I on at least 3 occasions in their showroom and invested at least 3 hours of her time helping us design both baths. We never felt rushed or pressured into any choice we made. They were able to accommodate an install date the matched up with a vacation we had. They were able to complete 90% of the work and came a week later to finish the rest. Total work time for two complete renovations of everything in the bathrooms took about 6 days for them. They were also always very quick to respond to emails when we had questions or concerns. I feel the costs were right in line with other similar type bathroom remodelers. Certainly much less intrusive time wise than a "traditional" contractor. I liked the fact that the work was performed by direct employees of the company. Only the new electrical work was subbed out to someone they use all the time. Great people, great work, great value, great experience.

They are knowledgeable, courteous and talented. I went with a friend and enjoyed our time with the owner. If I have my bathroom renovated I will definitely go back!

Everyone at Columbus Bath Design was professional and helpful, from the beginning of the project to its completion. Even when an unexpected issue occurred, they provided me with the information I needed and worked to correct the problem. It was a pleasure to work with them.

Michelle and team were incredible.   From the design phase through follow up they were professional and a pleasure to work with.   Michelle found out that our baby due date was moved up one month and did everything possible to complete the job ahead of time.   We looked around at multiple companies and price wise Columbus Bath was very competitive and it was very clear with dialogue along the way that they cared about customer's happiness and not just making a few more dollars on extras.

Columbus Bath Design did a wonderful job installing a new shower/bath tub in my condo! They completed installation in only one day and after seeing the final product I was even more pleased than I realized. They did a wonderful job, it looks clean, neat, and absolutely amazing. Communication was good for being in a pandemic. Price was less than most competition in the area. Highly recommend!

Columbus Bath Design was absolutely awesome to work with on our long awaited Master Bathroom remodel! Michelle & Joey, the owners were very hands on in helping us design out new bathroom and pick out all of the materials, even meeting us several places to help pick out tile, flooring and granite.which was somewhat challenging during the COVID pandemic.

Joey met with us at our home and worked with us on a design for the remodel. He listened to what we wanted and designed a great solution for us! Michelle was great in meeting all of our design needs and answering our many questions about the construction schedule, invoicing, ordering and delivery of the materials and all of the many details involved with the project.

Clayton, Matt, Matt and Keith, the construction crew was awesome! Not only were they very friendly and polite, but very neat every day that they were in our home. They cleaned up each and every day that they were working, even down to dusting the furniture at the end of the day! We cannot say enough about their quality as remodelers and as people to invite into our home!

All in all, we are extremely pleased with our choice of Columbus Bath Design and our bathroom remodeler.we absolutely made the right choice! We would highly recommend them to anyone!

We had a wonderful experience with everyone we worked with at Columbus Bath and Design. I was not interested in replacing or redoing my master bath but my husband was confident I would like the finished product. We had a white shower, creamy tan countertops, and a white soaking tub that clashed. We wanted to upgrade the bath and coordinate the three without replacing the tub. I was very thankful to have Michelle help us with our product selection. She has the patience of a saint and is very knowledgeable. We chose the onyx color we wanted for the shower and counter and Michelle knew instantly a tile color that would pull the three areas together.
After the product arrived, the installation was scheduled and completed in a timely manner. Our installer, Sean, was quiet and so clean! He arrived on schedule and cleaned up when done. Sean even protected the carpeted areas with a dropcloth. Everyone we dealt with was professional and helpful.
The bath turned out beautiful; my husband was right, it looks like we hired an interior decorator and it is gorgeous! We are looking forward to redoing another bath next year.
Our experience was A+ from start to finish. We would recommend Columbus Bath Design to anyone.
