The worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had! The service was absolutely terrible and the manager was incredibly rude! I am a server myself and I was so disappointed and will not return. Do not recommend at all for any parties bigger than 4 because obviously they can’t accommodate or don’t have enough staff to fulfill decent service! I even tried to to speak with the manager and he blew me off and was super rude made me feel unwelcome and like I didn’t belong there! Just the worst experience ever was there for my nieces 18th birthday that we didn’t get to enjoy! If I could rate negative stars I would!

Food was good but for the price we paid portions could be a little larger. Also they still charge you tax when you take out.

Horrible service! We were celebrating my dads 90th Birthday and he wanted Alaskan King crab for his birthday. When I made the reservation I was very clear that was why we were coming. We arrived at 8: 25 for our 8: 30 reservation. We were told it would be another 15 minutes before they could seat us. So seven out of eight of us went into the bar to get a drink which took 20 minutes. My son-in-law was waiting near the hostess check in and overheard them talking And he said they were frustrated that they still had a large party to seat for a 90th Birthday. Approximately 50 minutes after our reservation we finally got seated. Our waitress took an extremely long time to get us our drinks and then took forever to come back to take our order. Took our order (still no drinks) and left. When she finally brought our drinks she announced they were all out of crab. We had been there well over an hour at this point. At this point we were so upset and at $50 th $75 per meal were not going to pay this kind of money for food we didn’t come for. We asked for the manager and told him we were so upset that we weren’t told at any point earlier they were out of crab. We told him we were leaving to go elsewhere and he said we had to pay for our drinks first, which we hadn’t even touched. No offer to compensate us for everything we had been though and we had to pay for our full drinks then leave. By the time we got out of there (9: 45) and we called around the restaurants, most were closed so we ended up at roosters. The hostess announced right away the few things that they were out of prior to even taking our order and was kind and we got service immediately and best service we’ve had in a long time. When you’re paying the kind of money fishmarket charges your service should be outstanding and you should immediately be told what things you were out of before you spend a lot of money on drinks that you never even get a chance to drink. Manager was horrible and so was service.will not go back!

The worst experience I ever had at a restaurant! It was my daughters 18th birthday and it was ruined! They didn’t Serve us no bread and butter to after 2 hours we had to get the manager and complain then he gets us some cold Calamari that look oldforgot my sons meal‍️ Kept messing up the drink orders. Worst EXPERIENCE of my life. It was like they didn’t even want us thereNever again

Order was not delivered to curbside, I had to go inside. Lady at checkin was surly and tried to charge me for order I had paid for already. The meals were cold since I had to wait 15 minutes to get order that was sitting on a shelf. One of the salads was wrong. Both salads had lots of brown lettuce, appeared old and wilted. Had ordered cocktail sauce for shrimp, not included. Very disappointed. Not up to privious standards. Should close rather than ride on prior reputation. They charge a carryout fee, not mentioned until you order and get the receipt. NOT worth the price.

This place was excellent all around. The wait staff were friendly and knowledgeable, the food was outstanding we can’t wait to go back!

We went for happy hour and were pleasantly surprised. I didn't expect much from a seafood place in Ohio, but everything we tried was great. Everything we had was light, fresh, and crispy. I recommend the fish sandwich for a small meal. It was delicious.

Absolutely nailed it. My wife and I drove down from Cleveland for the weekend for our 10th wedding anniversary. (11-11-11) Perfect Fall Saturday evening, and not too busy. The Calamari appetizer was some of the best I've ever had. Lightly breaded, crispy and a large serving.with a subtle but distinctive Asian dipping sauce. Also had the New England Clam Chowder, also excellent. Not too thick and not too many potatoes.just right. And, we shared the Shrimp and Clam Linguine.the sauce was not too thick, just the right consistency, especially with the pipping oven-hot bread to sop up the last bits. And thank you Eva, our bartender/server who was very professional and the service overall was excellent. Thank you all. You made our anniversary dinner just what we had hoped for.

Curbside? My order was not delivered to the car. I called after waiting and was told to go inside. This resulted in cold food and an experience that leads me to avoid the Mitchell's family of restaurants.

This Mitchell Restaurant is more than just a fast food place offering fine dining, great food, and a nice menu. Although higher in price than many eateries, the quality of the service and food is well worth it. You can even make reservations for a group for one of their side rooms which we have used several times. Fine dining, quality food, nice ambiounce, and great service makes this a WIN/WIN if you are looking for seafood or fish. The fish-n-chips are AWESOME!

What a fantastic meal and experience! Top notch cocktails from a top notch cocktail artist. I had the seabass sautéed "Shanghai style", wow.just wow!

We went for an early dinner and had the place to ourselves. The food was excellent for the price point, service was attentive and not overbearing.

The food was good, but didn't justify the price tag. At $50-$60 a plate I'm expecting great serice, great food, with a great atmosphere. We got great service, pretty good food, with a less than desirable atmosphere.

We made our meal out of happy hour appetizers they have probably be best happy hour specials from 3: 30 till 6: 30 in Columbus everything was delicious everything was cheap doesn't get any better

Ordered on Uber eats and was extremely disappointed. Small portions. Very cold. Stuffed cod was flavorless. Shrimp scampi was good. No bread. I would not recommend for carry out. Contacted the restaurant and management said to contact Uber eats. Will edit review if resolved.

The absolute worst seafood restaurant ive ever been to. The service was terrible the food was disgusting and way overpriced. I dont know how this is rated 4.3 out of 5. Please shut this business down and do us all a favor. The biggest disappointment ever. After i addressed management how poor the food was they made a sad and pathetic attempt to correct the situation by offering free dessert, no refund. They need a new chef the food was so horrible. Out of the 5 entrees we ordered only one was manageable to choke down. The other 4 took 2 bites and that was it. The bathrooms were pretty gross too. Stay away from this hog trough.

Used to be good. Parking lot is full of trash which is horrible to see on your way in to eat dinner. The waitress forgot our water. We had two bites of salad and then our entree came, which is disappointing. The restroom was dirty, one sink wasn’t working and they had diluted the soap (dial in a bottle). The only saving grace is that the food was ok. I won’t be back though. It’s just not worth it because you want a great dining experience and it just wasn’t there.

My family came to eat here for my dad's birthday but unfortunately the food did not reflect the price of the dishes. It was mostly tasteless. However, the staff mentioned that they were understaffed so I am sure that was a factor.
