Columbus Metropolitan Library: Parsons Branch reviews
11 The building was built so cheaply and badly. You can hear all outside noises etc. It feels like being on a trailer home instead of a library. I really feel like CML decided to remodel, and someone pocketed some money cause the construction of all the new libraries is completely trash.
It's still a bad library branch. It feels like being in a trailer.
Staff is fantastic and very accommodating.
I still want an investigation into the pocket lining that happened when they decided to renovate the branches and turn them into cheap metal trailers.
Took my grandson there to obtain homework for school, to keep up with his studies while visiting me, awesome Library
I don’t particularly find this establishment to be friendly.especially for me.instead of the usual greeting upon entry.staff either pretends to do something else or other days mean-muggin me.excuse my black talk
The BEST library ever! The staff are so nice & welcoming and any questions I ever have they answer & if they don't know the answer then they ask somebody else that does! Very kid friendly!
They would let my anxiety dog in with me. I was holding him. He wasn't walking around. But ido love the libraries.
I love this library! Very nice helpful and friendly people working there. Would recommend 100 times if I could.
The C. P. L.is an amazingly inspiring place to write! I've been writing for over a year now and never lose my motivation to be creative.
A cool spot to do your things: reading, writing, taking classes, and having me-time. The collection of books is rich and various. The staff is friendly. A homey place.
There really aren't many books. The roof must be broken. Because it makes a awful racket when ever the wind blows and you're reading, or trying to concentrate. This library branch looks like it was made to cater to young children. Be careful because the bathrooms are on the opposite side that you'd expect them to be. The men's bathroom is usually on the left in other libraries. Here it's on the right. The security guards don't believe in privacy. The big windows bring in lots of natural light.
The library on Parsons avenue is so friendly so courteous the staff there is just a joy to be around the atmosphere is so grateful and home feeling feels like I grew up there which I have love all the kids and the family orientation feel like everything there should be no less than what it is I would recommend this place to any and all people
