Dr. Kurup and her staff made me feel very welcome and calm throughout my whole pregnancy. She helped my labor and delivery as well as my pregnancy process go as smoothly as possible. She is extremely sweet and very helpful.

Dr. Kelly Rosborough is excellent doctor! My experience with Dr. Kelly Rosborough was wonderful. She has been nothing but incredible. My family and I are forever grateful for the high quality of medical care processes, the surgery results, the personal attention and kindness.

Columbus OB/GYN has been fantastic to deal with in every way. My IVF physician highly recommended that we see Dr Weprin once we were released from our clinic at 12 weeks in pregnancy. I have always been nervous about starting with any new doctor and my first appointment with this office was no different. However once we met Dr. Weprin and his staff, my husband and I knew immediately that we were in the right place. He took the time to get to know us, listened to our infertility struggles, and made us feel comfortable about the entire process ahead of us. He has a great bedside manner and is very down to earth. He also took the extra time and effort at each and every appointment to show us how our baby was doing and reassured us that everything was ok which meant the worldto us. Now that we are nearing the end of our journey with delivery just a couple of weeks away, I am confident that we made the right choice in choosing Dr Weprin. Cindy has been amazing as well throughout our pregnancy visits and she does a fantastic job at answering any questions or concerns we have. They truly are a great team to work with!

In addition to Dr Weprin and his staff, we have never felt rushed, ignored, or dismissed at any appointment with this office or the Pickerington location. The front desk staff are always super friendly and helpful. The office may get hectic and busy, but considering the volume of patients they see, I think they do a fantastic job of getting people in and out. We have also gotten to know several of the girls upfront and look forward to seeing them when we come in for our appointments.

All in all, I highly recommend the Columbus OB/GYN office and especially recommend Dr Weprin and his staff. You won't be disappointed!

Staff is not exactly friendly or helpful. The amount of time spent sitting on hold when trying to simply call regarding a prescription (that my pharmacy has already faxed them about and still got no response) has been incredibly lengthy, every time. Having to repeat my issue THREE times because they kept transferring me (without stating they were about to transfer me to someone else).

I arrive early as they request and had to sit in the waiting room for 30-40 minutes. I don't feel I'm getting proper care as we always have to do more tests/biopsies that cost me hundreds of dollars and of course everything is always "fine" after testing. Every single time. Then after doing blood work, one of the doctors recommends/sends me to her OWN website where she sells supplements. Recommends several supplements, all expensive, etc.

And as if that wasn't enough, their billing department is incomprehensible and cannot resolve issues without you doing the legwork. Going on a year now where they have STILL not billed me correctly and my insurance continues to tell them what IS covered and I keep receiving the same incorrect bill.

This is after years with them and I have finally decided to search for another OBGYN for my annual check-ups. I wouldn't leave a review if I didn't deem it necessary.

As a new patient I arrived for an appointment 6/21/2016. The physician that I saw one time (have not kept her name) left your practice and I think left the practice of medicine. You never scheduled me with another OBGYN but you have kept me on your email list. Please suggest another practice and remove me from your email since you do not seem interested in offering routine care.

Dr. Wirrig and all the staff here is amazing! She made the whole process from first ultrasound to delivery absolutely perfect. 100% would recommend this practice to anyone!

Front desk Very rude because I was 15 minutes late. Rescheduled For next week even after I explained the situation. Came back. Explained situtation. Very uncaring. Refused care. Scheduled again for three week out even though referal has said see by Friday of first week. Humiliated instead of patient advocacy.

Everyone was really nice and full of smiles. It was my first OBGYN appointment and I felt very comfortable and they answered all of my questions. Dr Rosborough was very helpful and understanding. The process of getting scheduled for my first appointment was a little rocky because when my referral was sent I never received a call so I waited about a month to call the office trying to make an appointment and was told they never received my referral. Long story short, it was sent to that office 3 times because I got an email each time it was sent. Someone was being lazy and not doing referrals as they should.

Referred to Dr. Wirrig by my best friend after my dr.of 31 years retired. The ladies at the front desk were very nice and welcoming. Although my new dr was running a few minutes late, I felt like she took time to listen and address my concerns. I did not feel rushed. Felt like I was talking to a friend. So glad for the referral.

Their communication with customers is seriously lacking. SO Unprofessional. One day I called to speak with my doctor to switch my
prescription that was giving me problems and they said that she had relocated when I had just talked to her the week before. They refused to prescribe me something new when I was out of my medication! A while later, a random doctor called me in a new prescription without my knowledge, so I called and left multiple messages because I had questions as to why I was being placed on a new prescription that we hadn’t discussed. I had many questions about this prescription (still do)! Not a single call back. I’m switching offices. I will not be back. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I have been coming to Columbus obgyn for probabaly 10 years. I always saw Wiggins.she is amazing and so personable but once I got pregnant I had to change to kurup. This is now my third apt and I am always here for atleast an hour and a half. I am waiting for atleast an hour then see her for maybe 5 min and she is very abrupt quick and doesn’t take the time to remember me. I have even had to remind her why I am here & testing I am supposed to get done. Columbus obgyn has never done me wrong until now. Taking an hour and a half to literally pee in a cup is rediculous.

Update: I received a phone call from Dr. Weprin personally today. He apologized for my experience and wanted to rectify the situation. We spoke for about 30 minutes and he explained his plan of care. I am convinced he was sincere in this conversation and took his time going over all of the options for treating me. He also covered what could happen and what should be expected throughout the process. I was never against his plan, I just wasn’t aware of what it was at my appointment. After listening to him, I’m at ease and optimistic that he is doing everything he can to figure this all out. I greatly appreciate that he reached out to me. Thank you Dr. Weprin for your time!

Seeing Dr. Weprin was an awful experience. Left way more discouraged than when I went in. I have terrible periods and have for years. The doctor wouldn’t know anything about that because he was in my room for well under 2 minutes. He did not ask for a single detail of what my problems were. Just gave me a birth control prescription and sent me on my way, even after telling him I’ve been told I am not a good candidate for birth control because of my age, being a smoker, and past kidney problems. Going in was an embarassment. Must be that I’m self pay and didn’t want to deal with me. I can’t even work full time because I’m down for at very least 3 days of a month on my period. This was a huge disappointment. I called back in after leaving and was told I would be reached out to and I didn’t receive any follow up call.

Saw Dr. Weprin for my annual, second time I saw him. Didn't remember anything about my medical history, didn't write it down from last year. Then proceeded to criticize my primary physicians treatment for me that does know my medical history. I will not go back!

This was my first time visiting an obgyn. I was extremely nervous and uncomfortable going in, but the staff was so nice and friendly and they answered all my questions. My doctor was great and walked me through everything step by step and waited on me to be ready. She was very considerate.

Dr. Weprin is amazing, has great communication & patience. Staff was very friendly as well, from the front desk, RN, to the Ultrasound Tech loved everyone! Also like that I didn’t have to wait weeks for an appointment

Dr. Rossboro was so nice and knowledgeable. She took the time to talk with me and help me choose a method of birth control that would work for me. I would definitely recommend her to a friend.

The receptionist was extremely helpful as I had not been there for a while. She helped me with the electronic update and was pleasant and kind. I was seen in a reasonable time and had only a great experience.

Unprofessional front desk staff. My daughter had an appt.with Dr. Wirrig today at 10: 50 a.m. In the Pickerington office. When she made the appointment she specifically requested the Pickerington office with Dr. Wirrig. She confirmed three times on the phone about her date, time and location. When she arrived, the office was closed and she found out after calling, that Dr. Wirrig was at the Taylor Station road office today and that there was a 15 min.grace period for appts.and if she drove over immediately, she could make it by 11: 15 a.m. She arrived at 11: 09 a.m. And was turned away because it was past the grace period (?) and that Dr. Wirrig was already behind schedule and couldn't take her. How does this make sense? Turned away because the doctor is running late, which wouldn't make a difference to the appt. Really, really bad customer relations.

Dr. Wirrig is absolutely amazing! Had a horrible OBGYN at first who could care less about me or my baby and switched to her. I was extremely nervous due to my prior experience and Dr. Wirrig made me feel like both me and my baby was in safe and loving hands who actually cared. Always had a plesant experience everytime I've been there. Love it. I highly recommend her.

Very very unprofessional staff at the front desk. No courtesy or respect for patient's time. Doesn't even bother to inform the reason for long waits if the doctor's are attending emergencies. They are in their own world, chatting to each other. No proper response to any questions asked.when I enquired if the doctor is in, the leftmost person looked up and then stared at me for a long time making a face before replying yes as if i am asking something nonsense. Just avoid if u can
