I had my ingrown toenails removed and had an excellent experience. The office staff was very cheerful and the doctor was entertaining. I’d highly recommend the practice. Everything was clean and comfortable.

We had an excellent visit! The entire staff was kind and courteous. We were greeted warmly and did not wait to be seen. They explained everything very well and provided amazing care. Dr. Narvel, Jesse, Mescal and April were fantastic!

After being with another practice for years it was time to see a new doc. A friend refered me to this practice and wow! What a difference in attitude. Come on over, they are great!

Went to the now closed Gahanna location for back and foot pain. After apt, I was advised I’d need orthotics with a lift. I was told to get an X-ray scan asap from a hospital, so I did it that day. A fews later, I called to follow up and was told I’d need an additional X-ray scan to understand sizing for the lift. As instructed, I followed up with my ortho doctor for additional X-rays. My dr said he didn’t understand WHY Columbus Podietry was advising that and either way, he would have to refer me to another doctor because that wasn’t his specialty. I requested in early Aug to have my scan mailed because they closed the Gahanna location. I was told they’d go in the mail that very day. Today I followed on the status of the mailed scans. The first person I spoke to confirmed my address and said they’d be in the mail today. I got a call about an hour later and she said I’d have to now pay $11 for shipping. She advised that the location on Lazelle is where I could pickup. Yeah ttatd make sense except it’s one hour round trip from my house and I’m never in that area of town. I seriously give up. Weeks of my time waiting for them to do as they say and now this runaround PLUS zero apology or understanding. Not a way to run a business. Not worth any more of my time.

Very thankful I was referred to Columbus Podiatry & Surgery. Dr. Breena is efficient and knew exactly what the issue was. Her assistant was excellent in showing me how to care for the ulcers on my foot and the front desk has been helpful getting me in for appointments. I highly recommend this practice.

My schedule is super busy. When I had an issue that needed resolved with my foot the whole team went out of their way to open their office and perform the surgery I needed. I couldnt be more grateful to the team and surgeons who went above and beyond! Highly recommend!
