Columbus Square Bowling Palace

Called to schedule a party and the guy told me to give him a second as if he was going to help. But then sent me to a ladies voicemail. I guess I will be taken my business else where.

The Good: nice lanes
The Bad: Food is mediocre and pricey. $13 for a simple sandwich and fries. Also, clean out the tea container. The tea tastes like sour tobacco.
The Ugly: $80 for two hours on a Thursday. You have got to be kidding me. There are far too many bowling centers in Columbus to be charging that.

Needless to say, we won't be going back to the Palace anytime soon.

They really do not know how to speak to anyone I went in there and wanted to bowl with my kids because it was their birthday and they were really rude and did not know how to respond I seen some one that came in a purchase the same thing and was charged way less than that smh have to better when your supposed to be the best

Overall, a great environment. Would feel comfortable bringing all age ranges as well as a large group of friends, just a few friends, or just going solo. Customer service has been helpful, definitely a +. Only complaint so far, our drink order was incorrect. A friend ordered an alcoholic beverage, double and on the rocks. I am not a drinker, and I even know that the drink should at least be cold. Accidents happen, maybe she forgot the ice. Our drink order was the only one at the time. Not only was my friend's drink not the correct alcohol, it was served completely warm, which ruined that part of the experience.

Pricing is comparable to other facilities. Shoes always seem to have been properly cleaned and sanitized. The facility was cleaner than I expected, even on a busy weekend. The lanes, pins, and balls look well kept. Games are very customizable. Screens are easy to navigate and follow along.

Many leagues are offered including different age groups. The facility also recognizes the employees of the month on the tv monitors located at the lanes. Overall, great experiences, even just the few times we have visited this location.

Ordered a few different appetizers from the restaurant and we all enjoyed them and would order from there again.

We had such a great time during our work event, and the food was good, which I didn't expect. Great place to plan an event for co-workers.

I have gotten sick there this weekend from over Exhaustion and they were very attended to my need I'm very appreciated for their services thanks a million.

I joined a bowling league at the Bowling Palace, which started on my birthday! That was a memorable birthday especially since bowling is one of my favorite hobbies! We did keep having issues on our lanes (51,52) during our bowling night but the staff helped everytime we kept having issues. Even with the lane issues we had, It didn't damper our night but I am thankful for the staffs help! I do recommend this place because it's family friendly with great staff, and you will have a fun time with whomever you are with!

Mrs. Dione, and Mr. Ian were above and beyond the call of duty when it came to my kids birthday party. They are angels. This place is magical because they make room for families. I appreciate the time they took to make our family feel loved. We need more businesses like this in our community. With people like these to make our events special.

Very Spacious Bowling Alley. I Was At Friends Tournament And It Was Awesome. The Drinks Delicious And The Food Is Incredible

Solid bowling alley. Not too pricey. Decent customer service. Good food and cheap vending. There's an arcade but the games break a lot of the time and you don't get a lot of bang for your buck. Just don't go before 9: 30PM on Mondays. The lanes are closed to the public. I had an overall good time and I'll definitely be returning.

Good atmosphere. Amazing staff. My only complaint is the bar does not stock jello shots like Capri lanes did and other bowling alleys. Everyone knows what a beer frame is and unfortunately, there is not a cheap easy option to pick that doesn't involve spending a ton of money or safe from a driving perspective.oh and bowling in a league behind the front desk is not great.

The lanes are well maintained and it’s a nice place for league play. I think the restaurant and bar are over priced and for that reason we don’t drink in the bar. Angie does an awesome job with the leagues she brought over from Capri, I know some of the teams have left due to the prices at the bar and restaurant. The pro shop is awesome and I can’t say enough about Dave and his help with getting the right equipment for my game.

The lanes are well maintained- however the carpeted walls are dirty looking and the entrance smells like a stale cigarette ashtray. The overall there is dated. The lanes seemed to work fairly well, only had to reset a few times. As a whole this is an economical place to bowl with the family.

They still offer free cups of water and their grill is nonstop business the entire time we were there. We bowled for 1 hour with 2 shoe rentals and paid $33. My kiddo had his own shoes and ball. We were able to get in 2 complete games with the 3 of us.

I would give them a 4.5 overall if I could. The worn (and in some places shabby) decor aside, they are friendly enough and are a nice family friendly location.

Came on a Tuesday night. Not too busy put the only black people on the farthest lanes, 61-64. About 15 lanes were open closing to the front. This is how we were treated during black history month

Haven’t been here since my college days 30 years ago! Glad to see it is still around. Seats need updating, torn seats and very low to the ground. My younger self got out of them just fine but the 50+ yr old knees…struggled. Lol
