Kenny Ward was tech on call and came at 9: 30pm to fix my moms AC. She is elderly and needed to have the air working especially with the warmer temperatures. Kenny was very professional and solved the problem quickly. Great company!

Called due to a rattle in our furnace. They were awesome in that they had a cancellation and were able to come out that morning. No sooner did the rep take the panel off, he said that our inducer was bad, the furnace was at the end of its life being 12 years old. He did not really check the furnace thoroughly and said he would get a sales rep out that day to go over buying a brand new furnace since a new inducer would cost $1900. He also mentioned our AC unit was at the end of its life despite us not having any issues with it. We cancelled the sales rep appointment and sought out a second opinion from another company. Turns out a sticker had blown in to the fan and then blown out causing the rattle. Since then, no rattle and furnace has been going for 30+ minutes at 78* with fan on high. Additionally, we were charged for a maintenance agreement that I nor my husband agreed too at a whopping $230ish dollars. I told the rep over the phone it’s something we would discuss with the repairman once he arrived and found the issue. Instead, we were charged and nothing was explained to us. We thought it was a same-day charge until I started connecting the dots. Supposedly they were going to reverse it but haven’t seen confirmation of it. So disappointed in this experience.

We had Columbus Worthington Air out to inspect our HVAC before we moved. Rob did a great job. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. He helped us to understand exactly what we needed for our HVAC to run properly and safely. I will definitely continue to use Columbus Worthington Air at our new house too!

Great service, great value! John, B the comfort consultant, took plenty of time to put together a quote and explain all the options. Zach S.and Andrew V.the installers did a great job. I got the quote on Monday and an entire new system was installed by Wednesday evening! Works great, cleaned up perfectly and took extra time to explain how everything should work. Would absolutely recommend Columbus Worthington Air to anyone.

Tim was on time, professional and friendly. He provided additional information as this was our first preventative maintenance check up for our new HVAC. I really appreciated his technical knowledge and his ability to communicate it in "layman" terms. Excellent representative of CWA. Plus we love our new system. We have definitely been more comfortable in spite of hot and humid temps outside. Plus, our electric bill has gone down!

On the first "cold" day of September (Sept 10,2018) ; we awoke to a non-working furnace. We had just purchased the furnace this past March. A quick call to Columbus Worthington Air brought David to our house. What a pleasant experience! David was friendly and thorough. Jaime Cuckler came out late in the evening to fix my thermostat checked my AC unit he was very professional and quick. Thanks to Columbus/Worthington Air 24/7 service my family did not have to sleep in warm temps.

Columbus Worthington Air is a great company. I have a service contract and they not only remind me to schedule maintenance visits, but they usually schedule them for the same week. I've used their emergency service a few times, and they've had my AC back up and running in the heat of summer on the same day I call. Recently, Michael W came out and did a fantastic job servicing my HVAC and gave me tips to keep it running well into the future.

Columbus Worthington Air helped us out in a very timely manner when our AC stopped working unexpectedly. The techs and sales were very helpful in getting our system up and running. When it stopped, they were able to get us a new system installed and running in a day and a half. We had used them at our previous residence and would not hesitate to use them again.

The team of Craig C, Tyler W.and Jared M did a great job with our AC/Furnace replacement. I appreciate the help they gave going through the NEST thermostat.

Adam and Josh were both very professional and explained things well. Not to mention they were both very congenial! Thank you both for a job well done!
