Columbus Zoo and Aquarium reviews
23Impromptu visit while on vacation. Happened to be during military appreciation days. We had no idea park employees were asking up and down the ticket line handing out free tickets. We had a wonderful time saw it all, but it was a long walk clocked in at 9 miles according to my phone.
It has been years since I've been to zoo. I love all the changes that have took him place since the last time I've been there.plenty of places to eat. Stage shows and then activity area for kids
Had a great time walking around with the kids seeing all the different animals and the staff is very helpful
If you have a big family please consider buying a season pass. When I got home I realized for $20 more we could have bought a season pass for not just our family but 2 more people.
Absolutely loved the zoo. Easy paths to follow. Lots of indoor exhibits to get out of the heat.
I love this zoo! I like zoos period burythis is world class. I have purchased a membership. I would have to write a story to tell you how fantastic this zoo is. The Wild Lights at Christmas are superb!
What a great place to go for a day.very safe and comfortable and clean they look after the handicap there also.and there Animals they looked Happy
great day at the Columbus ohio Zoo
I love our zoo, and have been a member for about a decade now. There is never a dull moment, even in the winter with the fantastic lights display. Membership is a great value that comes with free parking, and allows you to return whenever, without feeling rushed to see the entire place in one day. Each animal has it's season and/or time of day they are most active, so each time you go, it's like a whole new experience! My personal favorite are our closest relatives - monkeys and apes! But, in the winter, the aquarium and Manatees are a great spot to relax and dethaw.
The Columbus zoo was amazing it was a lot bigger than I thought it would be I loved how it was separated into separate areas the only downfall was it was really hot but the zoo itself is beautiful they seem to take great care of their animals I would recommend going there to anyone who's looking for a nice place to visit and I will be going back this year
Best zoo I have ever bin to. Great food and killer animals also a cool place for a date we could spend all day there there are lots of activities and other things to do other than just look
My most recent visit to the Zoo wasn't the best experience. At the entrance they were selling cups good for the day to refill anywhere Pepsi is sold.
At the first major location I was informed by the person at the window, that if I wasn't buying anything and just wanted a refill I wouldn't be able to get it because I had to buy something to eat.
Nowhere was this stipulation communicated to me or my family who purchased 4 $13 cups.
I was later told at a second part of the park that this was untrue and that the person there probably didn't want to deal with the hasel of filling the drinks. UNREAL
So wide that one day would not be enough to see all that the zoo has to offer. I love so much to see all kinds of exotic animals and the beautiful places inside the aquarium wow you will be amaze. All in all this is a great place to visit. I love this place.
I love taking my young daughter here. The best times to go is spring and fall. Winter is okay for the awesome lights. Get the season pass if you plan on going more then twice a year, you will save so a lot of money that way.
Truly my favorite zoo. Plenty of animals with several ways to view them (indoor and outdoor; two different viewing areas, etc.) And the staff is always helpful.
Best zoo in the county. But maybe easier as a two or three day trip, especially if you're hitting the water park.
I love going to the zoo had an amazing time with my kids. The only problem is they didn't have the misters on for people to cool off on the hotrest day of the year but other than that had a great time. Will be returning very soon
Very nice large zoo with Lots of animals for all ages to learn about and look at. The large water park had lots of activities also.
Had a lot of fun here. Admission price was low, spent all day here lookin at the critters. I liked how they layed out the exibits here compared to other zoos. The animals that tend to lay around most of the time were right by the viewing windows, I believe that the enclosures were set up this way to get a more up close experience.
We always have a great time at the zoo. There’s often discounted tickets offered but the membership is worth getting if you take multiple trips a year. What I love best is that you can bring your own food for lunch and are not forced to eat unhealthy park food that many other establishments enforce.
I love the Columbus Zoo!
Was given a coupon for cinnabon at the gift shop in the polar bear area. When we went to the cinnabon, they had already run out of minibons hours earlier. The coupon is only valid at the zoo.
