Poor communication skills and immature staff. Does not reliably answer or return calls and has a poor attitude when you actually talk to someone. Generally seems like it's staffed by a low iq mouth breather

I'm completely disgusted by the women that owns this business, she's extremely rude and nasty. I called to reschedule my last appointment, I got no answer or reply, then she wants to say I want to avoid a cancellation fee which wouldn't even have been a problem but she never communicated with me. Instead of trying to communicate with me, she wants to put up back handed replies to my review about not showing up. Classy.

This is my second time I got my henna tint on my eyebrows and they are very professional done and beautiful as always. I got henna tint in others places but this tint and technique Aigul uses is totally different, after weeks my eyebrow shape still smooth and I don’t see my little hairs coming out as usual when you get your eyebrows threading or waxing at other places. Definitely I will continue to come to her, and in a future get powder brows! Please make you a favor and come to see her, you will not regret!
