We took our Hyundai Sonata there after it appeared to try to be stolen. Paul was great and patient with my questions. They were able to get the parts quickly and they had my car back to me in no time at all. I highly recommend them to anyone. I can't say enough nice things about them.

They fixed my doors which was damaged from an accident. But broke my radio, cd and panel and now I’m waiting to see how they intend to make this right. As the customer I get the privilege of running around to get diagnostics for my insurance, all while having to pay out the pocket for something that worked when I brought my car to have the doors repaired. So I’m not happy at all. Vince was awesome though, I appreciated all he did, even washed and vacuumed my car. As soon as I told him about my radio. He told Paul, who said they don’t work on radios and I’m to call my insurance. Yeah me!

Super nice and friendly! Paul was super nice and kept me company while I waited on my car for an easy fix. They did a great job on my Honda! And filled my tires for me. Would definitely recommend.

I highly recommend going to Combs for any work done on your car. Paul the owner is amazing and worked with me to get my car fixed in a timely manner. I originally got an estimate from the dealership which was $3K. Long story short my car was fixed there was not 3K worth of damage (not even close). Combs is a great place and I would recommend them to anyone for their service on their vehicle. Fast, trustworthy and professional. I highly recommend 10/10!

Combs repaired my Toyota highlander after i hit a deer. I was very happy with all aspects of the repair. From tow, to communication, quality of job done, customer service and the final touch! I was very nervous but Combs made it easy and stress-free! I can't say enough about the outstanding job. I appreciate their caring attitude and would highly recommend to anyone needing body shop repair. Thank you!

Repair was done well, but it took 7 weeks from initial visit to finish. They had the car for 5 weeks, never called with updates, and when I called they had no idea when it would be done until the last week.

While I hope I don't have to be a frequent visitor to Paul and team at Combs Collison, if I ever need that kind of work again they will be my first call. They did a great job restoring my car to "brand new status" (it's only 6 months old) after an accident. They all were friendly (Sue, Nate and Paul), professional and they know their stuff! I would give them 6 stars if I could! THANK YOU!

I was hesitant to take 2022 Tahoe here just cause I figured with all the cameras and sensors they wouldn't get it done. Boy was I wrong. They did an absolutely fantastic job and I am the one that is super critical and detail oriented. Great shop!

Everyone at Combs has been super helpful. I initially took my car for repairs related to my insurance auto claim and it was a painless process with Combs calling consistently with updates. The second time I took my car back was immediately after I received it. Due to a frustrating error on behalf of the tow company my car was transported from and at no fault of Combs, my car and license plate were damaged. The wonderful people at Combs went out of their way to help me and did a quick and wonderful job fixing the damage. They even offered to help me put my new plates on free of charge.

Allow me to explain. I contacted Combs regarding the need for an estimate for repairs. I also called a few other places, and Combs was able to get me in the quickest for an estimate. I called them back, told them I have Allstate for my insurance, and scheduled an estimate. I called again because I was able to do a quick claim through the Allstate app, and this time was told that the owner does not deal with Allstate because he had issues with receiving payments in the past. Because of the quick claim, I was able to forward the estimate to Combs, had Allstate contact them, and had cash in hand (so this is not an issue in my case). I informed them of this fact, and the woman I spoke to said to keep my appointment for an in person estimate. So I went in, and THAT is when I was told about the comparison to health insurance and it would be six months until my car would be repaired. I will give Combs credit for being polite, for the most part, and that's why I feel 3 stars is a generous rating. The lack of communication regarding time to repair and wasting my time is why I'm dissatisfied. I am now unable to get in to get an estimate elsewhere for another two weeks. So now it will be almost a month before I can even have my car looked at, let alone repaired. Good thing my car is still drivable. Also of note regarding the health insurance comparison - I was told by the owner that Allstate had been trying to get Combs to be "in network" for a while. It was also interesting to see another seemingly unsatisfied customer (from the way the gentleman asked to speak to the owner about his car) arrive as I was leaving. So, I will stand by my 3 star rating, and that is why. Thank you, Combs, for trying to call me out for not wanting to wait six months to get my car fixed and not being "fair" to in network customers. I was willing to wait, had it not been for my insurance company being made to look like the reason they didn't want my business.

Combs Collision and Auto Service of Westerville did an outstanding job of repairing and painting our 2022 Hyundai Santa Cruz. They repaired the tailgate and replaced the rear bumper and right rear tail lights making our vehicle operate and look as good as new. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone.

My side mirror had a small crack where it connects. Combs got me in immediately and Owner Paul Combs assessed the issue. He explained that to replace the whole mirror and calibrate the camera would cost upwards of $1800. He explained that he thought he could fix it with a type of glue and that we should try that. Weeks later the mirror is still secured and not lose like it was when I brought it into combs. They were awesome and I highly recommend this business.

Big thanks to Paul and all the guys who put the long hours in on our car. We unfortunately hit a deer and wondered if it would ever look the same. Hood, fender, bumper, and moldings were all out of alignment after the impact. Happy to say all the panels align properly and the paint is a perfect match. Very happy with the work and the kids are excited to be back in their car.

I had brought my car to Combs earlier this Spring after a minor parking lot accident. They did their normal great & timely job.then, a couple of weeks ago, while i was driving in a torrential downpour, a part of my rear wheel body trim became disconnected from the car and started dragging on the road. I got out and dethatched the remainder of the trim, put it in my backseat and then drove over to Combs. I met with Josiah, explained what happened, and asked Josiah to tell me when the shop would have the time to fix the car. Josiah asked me to come in the next day, and when I showed up, he told me that they were going to do the work immediately and for free. I did NOT expect that-they previous work was done correctly and it was just my bad luck that the trim came off when I drove through a huge puddle at high speed on a freeway ramp. However, Josiah told me that he and his Dad felt that the work should be done by Combs for free. What a great service provider!

I cannot say enough about this place! They did an exceptional job of repairing my vehicle and their customer service was top notch! This will be the only place that I use for my repair needs in the future. If you are trying to decide, give them a chance. I am so glad I did!
