Expressing our gratitude to Comfort Control and Scotty Bauer for helping us fix our furnace over the weekend. Scotty is very passionate about his job and helped answer our questions (on weekend time). He also directed my husband to the parts he needed (which Comfort Control had in stock for purchase). Joe - please give Scotty our gratitude and let him know how much we appreciate him. Comfort Control is second-to-none and we sincerely appreciate you all for helping us get our home up to temp quickly - especially with a child involved!:)
We called the emergency number and left a message. Not sure what to expect. There was a knock at our door 30 minutes later. Mike showed up and said I don’t live far and I heard your kiddo in the background. I didn’t want you to be without heat tonight. He got us back up and running and promised to order the part we needed in the morning.
It’s the type of experience I’ve come to appreciate about living in Ashland. It truly was a neighbors taking care of neighbors experience.
Chris was very professional and kind. He allowed me to ask questions and he explained every step he performed. Our capacitor wasn’t working up to standard levels, and it was less than $10 to fix. Thank you!
We called Ashland Comfort Control on a Sunday because our furnace stopped working. Mike Leonard came to our house quickly and took care of the problem. We highly recommend Ashland Comfort Control.
We called Comfort Control because we noticed a leak in our boiler. The technician, Matt, did both the diagnostic visit and the repair work. He was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable, and did an excellent job. I will continue to use Comfort Control in the future.
Ashland Comfort Control has taken care of us for years and it is a pleasure for them to come and check your furnace and air conditioning. Every person who has come has been polite and clean and made sure we had working heating and air conditioning.
Chris was here to do a pre-winter checkup on my furnace /ac and a small gas space heater on sun porch.was very knowledgeable, explained everything. Highly recommend! Very happy with his work
My tech Chris Lambert just left my house. I really like Chris because he goes over everything he is doing and looking at. Chris was here in the spring for my air conditioning maintenance. Chris is very professional. Thank you again Comfort Control for great service and sending Chris back to me in the fall for my furnace maintenance.
Didn’t have any problems in the beginning, they replaced our systems in 2018 and that was smooth sailing until the past year. We’ve had NOTHING but problems.
Just in the past 6 months we’ve run out of Freon numerous times. We have to have someone come out every time- and of course we’re stuck footing the bill because “they can’t find an issue” and “someone’s probably just stealing it. ” Yes, those were the words out of the guys mouth. Considering we have a camera in the backyard pointing directly at the unit… don’t think that’s possible.
Now we’re down to it running out in A WEEK! How is there no issue when it’s that bad? ! And what would someone do if they couldn’t afford all of these “repair” costs!? Because it’s not cheap!
The cherry on top is after this lovely employee came out; there’s water all over our basement floor near the system. I mean it’s just never ending problems.
And the professionalism is non existent. When he was “servicing” our AC unit, my husband asked him why we are constantly running through Freon, a VERY valid concern considering how much money we’re pouring into this company to “fix” our issues, and the man threatens to leave! Tells my husband that if he thinks he doesn’t know what he’s doing, he’ll just leave. I mean can it get any worse?
At this point we’re considering seeing if another company will service our equipment because we can’t handle the cost, attitude, disregard, etc from this company.
Matt came to inspect our air conditioner running non-stop and not keeping the house cool. He found it was frozen and low on refrigerant. He explained options for defrosting it, as well as what was needed to be done to find the leak.
I appreciated Matt's knowledge and experience so it only took him a few minutes to identify the problem and solutions.
Chris and Zach came by to troubleshoot an inconsistently working unit. They were very thorough. Found items that need attention and addressed them efficiently. Outstanding. Comfort Control always exceeds expectations. Many thanks.
My AC unit just wasn’t putting out like it used to back in the day and this company really got me back on track! I didn’t quite catch both guys names but I know Zach was one of them and I really appreciated that little guy. He seems to really know his stuff and has great customer service. Hope to see him again soon ;)
