Comfort Dental, Grove City OH

I was nervous about going as the damage is extensive after being a domestic violence survivor. I read reviews and the negative ones are CLEARLY from ppl who wanted Dr. Hurt to give them pain killers. My experience with the entire office was amazing. Melissa is awesome at the front desk. There was an issue w my insurance and she had me talk to Tonya and between the 2 of these amazing women found a way so I could afford to see doc and get some help for what I am going thru. Then Dr. Hurt came in to meet me. In 10 min we have a plan to get smike back? I have never had such an amazing experience with a dentist office but I highly recommend and if you are here to read reviews the negative ones are all BS from ppl who were drug seeking and didn't get what they wanted. This is by far the best dentist and staff I have ever been too. Can not wait to finish my plan with them and hopefully be smiling by Christmas! Thank you Dr. Hurt and staff and. The receptionist and the assistant that took us back and did our initial review were very nice and professional, but I have no idea how the Dentist is still practicing. My wife, my 2 teenage kids and myself all went in for exams and cleaning, and my wife and son went back for cavity work, all 6 experiences were the same, BAD! The Dentist was rude, condescending, teetering on violent during the cleaning jabbing our gums and making all 4 of us bleed badly (never happened b4 in 10 years at other dentists) cleaning was done by the Dentist so maybe he felt it was below him? I went into the appt with no issues and came out and had 2 fillings fall out within 2 days, seems like odd timing. We wouldn't go back even if it was free.

I love this dentist office, staff is friendly and professional, the office is clean and organized. The dentist is knowledgeable and has a great bedside manner. Kid-friendly too.

Just visited the office.in need of emergency dental care. The receptionist was beyond rude. Upon hearing someone is in search of emergency care you would think her attitude would soften. Never got her name but the overweight receptionist left me with a worse taste in my mouth than a rotting tooth. Im leaving this review to stop anyone from visiting this location. Just go somewhere else.

I was very happy with service. Both dentist and dentist hygienist was great with my hyper grandsons.

Very bad dental, i drove 30 minutes to get there for cleaning they were so rude and mean to my baby when he cried the doctor said we can’t have him here! And after I waited 20 minutes to be seen the doctor was like we can’t get u cleaning today u have to come back to do cleaning and 5 fillings at the same time!
So i just waisted my time for nothing! They only care about the money they want to charge my insurance for everything at the same time!

DONT go there!

This dentist office is by the far the best in the universe! I go to Dr. Hurt he is amazing! They restore my faith in dentistry, they are gentle accommodating and have time and time again saved my teeth and my smile! Kudos you will forever be my dental office! Thank you so much!

Worst customer service ever! My grandma went there for dentures and spent $2000 to get a denture that’s won’t even fit right, they claimed that it’s normal for lower ones to be loose. That’s true but it’s NOT normal for them to fall out when she takes her first bite of food. They even kicked us out of the office. Should of read the reviews before coming here they care about the MONEY NOT THE PATIENT, dr hurt was especially the worst

The staff was extremely nice and helpful. The dentist listened to my concerns and explained thoroughly all my different options. Was willing to work with my schedule and budget. And most importantly worked with me to help me start getting my smile back.

I would highly recommend Comfort Dental in Grove City Ohio, I have high anxiety going to the dentist from my past experiences. Dr Jeff and staff reassured me that they could take care to f the anxiety and do the procedure with little pain and little to no anxiety. Well had the procedure done yesterday, they took care of the anxiety and l had little to no pain even today (next day) little pain but nothing that aleve won’t take care of. The Staff and Dr Jeff are great and caring with their patients. Highly recommended!

I absolutely love Dr. Dibert he is an amazing dentist. I started going to him in 2016 and he has gotten my teeth from mediocre to 100 percent. I can’t thank him and the staff enough. I needed a decent amount of work done, and I came in after a lot of years of putting it off, they made me feel comfortable and didn’t feel any judgement.

Dr Hurt and staff are AWESOME. The last 4 years I've had horrible dental experiences with 2 different dentist. I went to Comfort dental for help. Both of the other dentist left a metal cap in my mouth all those years that had a decayed root canal under it and never said anything. As a result I lost teeth I shouldn't have lost and had horrible mouth pain. I seen Dr Hurt, he is so kind and professional. He got that cap off and quickly got partials approved. It was such a relief to get that infection out of my mouth. I cant believe I suffered so long unnecessarily. Wish I had found this dentist years ago. I'm on Medicare and Medicaid, my treatment was excellent.
I'm so happy I went there.

I highly recommend Comfort Dental. I'm afraid of dentist and Comfort Dental was exactly what I needed. The staff was very professional, friendly and helpful. I was very impressed with their high quality of service. Dr. Jeff and Chelsea explained everything to me step by step before and during my treatment and I felt very at ease and comfortable. My 3 year old son and my 6 year old daughter are patients here. They do a good job with the kids and are very kind and dont have a heavy hand.

As a first time visit for my daughter and I. We where overwhelmed by the great treatment we were given. They were clean, friendly, and professional. Showing that our needs were important to them. I would recommend this office to all of my friends and family.

While the staff, excluding billing, it was an enjoyable experience. The billing department failed to have the correct address on the billing statement meaning it was not received. After being told we would receive a bill in the mail. Unaware of this issue due to no bills, no calls, and no emails the account went past the 90 day. I had a schedule cleaning while still unaware of the bill, at the end of my appointment the billing then tried to make me pay the full amount before leaving. I am so disappointed in how unethical this individual in the billing department was in treatment and not accepting the error on their end. Will not be returning due to this awful experience with one of the main parts of the office.

I am scared to death of dentist BUT they was amazing. They done a few cavities very friendly & professional. Will definently go back in 6 months:)

Dr. Hurts is amazing as always. He is super funny and laid back. He better not ever leave. The staff is just as nice. I’ve been coming here for four years and I wouldn’t change them. They are awesome with adults but to me most importantly my 8 & 2 year get the best treatment by the entire team. The only thing that sucks is sometimes how busy they can be and the wait. That’s my only complaint. But worth it because they truly listen.

Completely ruined my husbands teeth. His front tooth has started to rot from whatever mess they created. BEWARE
