Omg! Best dental experience ever! I hadn't been to the dentist in years and was nervous about going. Found out that I had a really bad teeth and gum disease and had to get a tooth pulled today. Besides the normal pain of being numbed which I expected, the process was smooth and easy. I barely felt when my tooth was pulled just some pressure. Dr Patel is fantastic he explained everything to me answered any questions I had and treated me gently and was so kind. The staff was amazing and kind also. I will definitely be coming back and will refer anyone to them. You guys are amazing! Thank you! Happy I made and kept the appointment.

LOOK ELSEWHERE FOR DENTAL CARE! Of the two experiences that I have had at this location, both were terrible. First, there was a minimum one hour wait for each visit. The lady that checked me in scorned me for not telling the office ahead of time that I had changed insurance because there is a "3rd party" that verifies insurance. I'm sorry, was I supposed to know this is your policy and furthermore, I DID IN FACT tell the lady I scheduled with that my insurance had changed. Once placed back in a chair, I waited another 20-30 minutes before getting xrays. They hygienist spent 3 minutes cleaning my teeth and then there was another 20 minutes wait for the dentist to come in and tell me my teeth were good, but I brush too hard and that was it. Second experience was about the same wait, same bungle of service. Final straw was this week when I called regarding a tooth emergency for a filling that had fallen out and I have a lot of pain. I left a message on Monday, Wednesday and again today no answer and no call back. Please look somewhere else if you want a place that actually cares about you as a patient.

This Comfort Dental & only this dental practice is professional, friendly & their expertise is astounding. I had been in a terrible auto accident in 2006 & had spent decades trying to find a dentist who would fix my teeth & make me feel safe & comfortable every visit. I had a leforte II fracture to my face & broke my face into 176 cracks & fractures. Most disike dental work for the anxiety & novocaine but Doctor Patel is a magician & im amazed each time as he slowly administers like few do, & the pain is amazingly minimal. His assistant Annette is great at rebuilding teeth, ive had bad experiences & she is a professional you can tell that she cares as she works in your mouth! Dr. Patel fights to save you as much as he can & is not looking to nickel-dime so to speak, he is a phenominal dentist ive been recommended to all my friends, family & coworkers! All the reviews i jist read here with something negative to say, they were probably looking for meds & got mad or arent ever satisfied but id say nobody had had their entire face rebuilt so i know pain & Dr Patel is the best. Thanks to you and your team for giving me back my smile!

I'm not sure why I keep getting placed on long holds each time I've called over the past couple of days. I guess I'll look for a new dentist. Very disappointing!

New patients with caresource beware:

If you come in hoping to get a routine cleaning performed and it turns out you may need other work (example: a crown) as well, you will not get it that same day. We were told to schedule and pay 50% for a treatment to receive a routine cleaning.

The absolute gall for a healthcare professional to say “this isn’t a McDonald’s drive through” to a patient in need. Sir, I’m sure you don’t treat people with better insurance this way. To add insult to injury, he gave us an unnecessary anecdote about someone working in a private dental office that charges more than them. He lacked situational awareness as well as empathy.

If he wasn’t so rude to us, we would have gotten the cleaning and paid out of pocket (in full) for that treatment at the next appointment. A bit of compassion and kindness goes a long way in securing clients. The one redeeming quality was the way the dental hygienist remained professional.

Dr Bell was so great he answered all my questions, and address all my concerns, he gave me hope on a great outcome on my future smile!

I did not get to see my usual dentist today as he was on vacation, and saw Dr. August instead. I felt so comfortable having my root canal done it was quick I definitely recommend him!

Warm and pleasant people! Very knowledgeable and gives you good tips to maintain care for you teeth! Dr. Bell and his colleagues are great!

They got me in earlier which was great because I have a lot of stuff to do for my sunday evening, fast service, feeling great, better experience u had this time!

Deep cleaning was a painful experience, what’s the point of the needle if I’m feeling the pain anyway, and he knew I couldn’t ask any questions cause of the numbing. He wasn’t even there until the lady started. They new I never had a deep clean and I didn’t know what was gonna happen. After he finished he sent me off while my mouth was bleeding still. Didn’t even offer me a cup or anything. I had to call off work the day after because of the pain. Only half my mouth was done and I don’t want to come back. Go elsewhere for deep clean, especially if you’re alone.

Im a truck driver who had a cracked tooth and was in a horrible amount of pain. Dr Eby & the staff took great care of me. They extracted the tooth easily without stitches. Pain was very minimal. Thanks again to Dr. Eby & the Comfort Dental Staff.

Dr Sasha Eby is the best! I've never had Novocain shots that were so painless. I'm happy with the entire experience.

They sent me up appointment immediately. The next day has been a first time patient calling in over the phone so I will recommend this company to anybody fast acting dental services.
