Booked the rooms 3 weeks in advance.called the hotel the day of booking to ask for conjoined rooms.said she put it in the computer.called the week of our stay just to confirm again with the conjoined rooms was told it was all set even got told the room numbers. Called the day of to ask a question (was only about 15 minutes away from the hotel) and was told we were not given conjoined rooms. I had to cancel with them and go to a different hotel that obviously cost more. Definitely would not recommend this hotel. I've also called and left a message for the manager and got no return call.

Good room and price, til I seen a roach? Running on the wall down the wall on the second floor

Rooms were clean and staff was freindly. Breakfast was well stocked and service was excellent.

Other than chipped paint on the walls and little things like that. I thought it was a very nice place to have stayed in. Very friendly staff. Very quite. Rooms have a mini fridge and microwave which was nice to use when I didn’t have any plans with friends until late in the night. Beds are very comfortable. The hotel shower was amazing. Whenever I come back to Ohio go visit friends I will definitely be using this hotel again!

Very friendly and cheerful girl working the front desk. My room was clean, quiet and the temperature easily controlled. I was able to get good, comfortable sleep.

Annette that runs the complementary breakfast was incredible! Kept it super clean including the floors. Kept the food coming and got. Very gracious and personable woman! Great service and experience with her!

Noisy place. Staff is not very friendly. There is nothing close by to eat. If you want something from their snack selection it is cash only. Noise was the worst. I needed to rest during the day for work. There were kids running up and down the hall and screaming. Up stairs people walked like elephants. If you want an unfriendly place to be loud and not rest, then this is the place for you. If you are a working professional and just need some rest and a shower, find another place.

Hotel needed a lot of updates. Room smelled like stale smoke and made it hard for me to sleep it was so strong.

Price changes daily, and beware of a large white cargo van with blacked out windows it has been known to follow women around and possibly try some funny business. "Taken" the movie

Stayed here April 26,2022. The shower water didn't drain properly, I was literally standing in a puddle. The bathroom mirror was disgusting and I found a pill on the floor in the corner of the room. The receptionist or whatever they call themselves was also rude.

Management refused to work with me or refund my money when heater broke and we found washed blood on a pillow.disgusting stay away

I could not sign into their website. They advertised a heated indoor pool. The pool was cold. Since I could not book a room on-line I called to reserve a room. The attendant told me the room was $135.90 for 1 night and 2 guests. I was given a handicap room for 4 instead of 1 king bed like she told me. I didn't sleep well due to not comfortable with the decision I made and paid for and not having the ability to book online. Spent most the night trying to sign into the account I created to see if I had any points. Don't believe I would stay here again. There are hotels with a heated swimming pool. This one used to be. The lady at the front desk said she was sorry I was unhappy with my decision but that they have a new owner and the owner was trying to save money. That's nice. I should have saved mine. The police were here for a dispute I heard clearly involving children. The room I paid for smelled very bad. The shower was nice. I'm very disappointed that the attendant did not give me the room she told me for 2. I paid for 2 beds and a handicap room I didn't ask for.
I was not given any choice, and could not swim in cold water.
Wish I could have left a better review. My experience here was Not Good.

Hotel was clean and staff was friendly. We had members of our wedding party directly below us, could tell they were there! If we’re ever in the area again we’re staying there!

For the price it was just so so.
Ice maker didn't work pop machine empty and the toilet was loose.

Very nice for a comfort inn, actually had hot breakfast again which was good. Beds are still horribly stiff and made my hips hurt.

Reasonable rates friendly employees all around great atmosphere they're just stay awesome place to stay at if you want to have breakfast every morning

Horrible. Just horrible. Came to town for a wedding. Prepaid and prebooked a room. Showed up, and not only did they charge us, but they sold our room to someone else. STAY AWAY from these $hitbags.
