Comfort Inn & Suites, Fremont OH

Wow it's newly remodel and my room was like sleeping at a high price hotel also the staff was excellent I'll definitely be staying there the next time I'm up there Oh breakfast was very good too

Clean & quiet room. Clean, crisp, white linens. Nice selection of food and drinks available for purchase by the front desk. Full breakfast with a good selection. Not too far off the toll road. Pet friendly rooms. Only complaint is that the water smelled a bit funky.

I stayed here while walking across Ohio by myself. A few minutes after checking in, the incredibly wonderful woman at the front desk informed me that a man had come in looking for me after I checked in, saying he had food and a place for me to stay. The woman at the front desk lied to him and said I had checked in with my dad, and he left. Moments after he left, a couple came in asking if I had checked in okay because they had seen that man following me for a while. I’m so grateful for the hotel staff’s quick thinking, and glad that she informed me of the situation promptly so I could order in my food instead of going out to eat without knowing I had been followed. I was very happy about how this situation was handled, and got a good nights rest in a clean and comfortable room.

Staying here currently for work, have been in hotel 3 nights so far and the bed is perfectly comfortable, which is a must working out of town. Rooms are clean and breakfast was acceptable. I would stay here again.

Over priced.
Very stark, no hangers in room, no fruit at breakfast.
Disappointed.

Nice staff however horrible customer service their rooms were damaged and they ended up blaming me for both damage of the rooms and making me pay extra for something I didn’t do

$169.88 for one night with a fold-out bed in a 'conference room. ' Thats with Veteran and AAA Premier Member discount. I've slept better in a tent in Vietnam. Spur of the moment travel from Knoxville for deceased Army Veteran friend's celebration of life. Price gouging comes to mind. Staff was decent to me.

It was what we have come to expect from confront inns. Clean rooms good location close to restaurants and stores. We were able to walk to a restaurants. Some of the local restaurants offered a10% discount if you shoes your room key.

We were looking for a spot off the Ohio turnpike to stop for dinner and a quick nights sleep half way through our trip. So came upon this hotel. The desk clerk said they had only one room and it's more than $250. It's right by the elevator so we heard people and the elevator all night. The room looked like it was just thrown together with things just sort of put in there willy nilly. No order or organization. The workmanship was terrible with a half fixed patch on the ceiling. Toilet stained and caulked sloppily. There's more but just wanted to justify my rating. I don't know how it compares to other hotels in the area but I won't go there again.

This was a late night overnight stop for our drive home. The service, amenities, location and price were as expected for like hotels along the highway journey.

A week ago I worked here for 4 days and stayed for 3 nights installing the new shades/drapes for the recent remodel. The crew here is better than at most, if not all of the other hotels I've stayed and worked at the past 8 months. Everyone involved made my time spent not only comfortable, but pleasant. I will make it a point on future trips to make this a place to stay when needed. Great people who are not only willing to help you in any way they can but they also do it with a smile on their face. I hope the man in charge does everything he can to keep the great team he's got. I want to thank every one of you for all of your help and hospitality last week, it won't be forgotten.

Also, as for being a guest, any store/restaurant you could probably ever need seems to be within a 5-10 min drive. Just another perk to consider.

Whenever the people upstairs ran the water in hot tub and then let water out it would leak through our ceiling into our hot tub. Luckily we weren't in our hot tub when this happened two times. We told the front desk and even though it was 11: 00 she called her boss or the manager. We told them the next day that we needed clean towels and we would be gone all day so they could enter our room but when we got back that evening we had no clean towels. But the front desk lady was glad to give us 3 clean towels. We were kinda sad that the hot tub by the swimming pool was down but the pool was nice. We had it to ourselves. Really the only other thing we didn't like was we were in the room close to the elevator so we heard it nonstop. Even late at night.

What a beautiful place to stay. Room was spotless, bed was comfortable, room was quiet, breakfast perfect. This place comes highly recommended. Would stay here again. The ladies at the front desk are super friendly (Jo and Sal) sp? And Jennifer was listed as our room attendant (the room was spotless, thanks Jennifer!) Stay here, you will NOT regret it.

The hotel is in process of being remodeled. Third floor hallway walls were a bit scary looking, but in process of renovation. No issue with the room itself. Breakfast was good- standard hotel breakfast.
What made this visit 5 star was the gentlemen at the front desk, Matt. Long story short, we need some help retrieving a cap off our truck that fell into a tight spot. Matt jumped in and offered his help. Mind you- it’s about 20 degrees with 10 mph wind. HE was the reason we were able to get on the road this morning. If it weren’t for him, we may have still been sitting there. It’s refreshing to meet people that are willing to jump in and go the extra mile like he was. THANKS MATT!

Unfortunately I hurt myself in the lobby and staff was very helpful and very kind. I'd give 10 stars if I could.
