Good place to relax. The pool was closed for maintenance, which was why we chose this hotel, but the service was great.

The room was fine and pretty large. The breakfast has very limited choice.
Overall a good value

Had a reservation for three nights. On the first night, I saw a bug in the bed. The front desk switched me to a new room. I get bites in the second room but don’t see anything. I tell the front desk and the switch my room again. I had three different rooms in the span of 24 hours, and I only stayed two out of my three nights, I checked out a day early because I didn’t want to bring anything home with me. The lock on our door was not working correctly, but we alerted staff so maybe they’ll address it before the next guest. Breakfast was a bit of a disappointment as there were no hot options. There’s a steam table and waffle maker but nothing in them. Selections included prepackaged microwaveable breakfast sandwiches, yogurt, cereal, fruit.
Overall: nothing fancy, but a great value for the price! We would stay here again.

Was given a hard time about my kids just simply being excited kids. Other kids were running thru halls and being loud as well but nothing was said to them. Definitely felt discriminated against since we were the only ones in the hotel with a different skin tone. Won’t recommend for anyone who isn’t “white American” cause you will be treated differently. I also found a bed bug and they refused to refund me.

Service was friendly, the room was clean and very comfortable. The hot breakfast was available every morning, sometimes lacking eggs and sausage, but the hot fresh waffle made up for it. I'd stay here again!

Internet connectivity and speed was appallingly bad. Connections dropped and timed out. A speed test (after much waiting and retrying) showed a download speed of 1.28 MB.for a hotel with (potentially) lots of users sharing the connection. Unacceptable.

The staff was amazing
From the front desk to the evening manager to the night audit guy to the breakfast attendant to the housekeeper
It was so nice to laugh with all of them
I will also tell you i have stayed in many hotels and this place is the cleanest i have seen in decade's
I will never stay anywhere else when in the Columbus area
Id give them 10 stars if i could

Everything is clean and the staff is really nice specially Mindy shes one of the hostess and she’s amazing and super nice she should be the manager.

Horrible experience. Booked a room for 2 days, finally arrived wouldn’t take my chime card then they call call me 5 mins later saying they could if i still wanted to come. The pool was supposedly down (one of main reasons I booked this hotel) then my room wasn’t ready had to wait in the hall for 10 mins for them to get the room done. So far not relaxing for 270 bucks!

Good breakfast. Not fantastic (who does parkey squeeze butter substitute?). Had to go back to the front desk because my keys wouldn't work (which after a long day, is not ideal). My floor (3rd) ice machine is out of order. No trash can in the RR. Stains on stairs. But the AC in room works nicely. Bed and pillows are comfy.

I stay here frequently guiet area. Is located near enough most Columbus attractions. Restaurants nearby excellent. You sportster s buffalo wings up block. Bed comfy. Breakfast alittle narrow crowded but good. G I've it 4 out of five I ll be back.

Staff was great, clean rooms the only downfall was the rooms where small for a suite and for 5 of us. The walls are also very thin so you hear your neighbors.

Got reservations here as alleged to have a pool. According to the desk clerk pool has been out of order for some time and has no idea if it is going to be fixed. Breakfast was less than expected even under covid conditions.

Perfect location. Tons of food choices close. Super friendly and helpful staff (I had computer issues and she was extremely helpful) nice room, very comfortable bed. Washer/dryer. Quiet. Good job.

None of the staff and very few of the guests are wearing masks. I do not believe they are doing any appropriate covid cleaning.

Otherwise, the rooms are nice, the beds are comfy, shower has good water pressure.

Great hotel just off Interstate 70! Friendly staff, clean rooms and reasonable prices. They provide a bagged breakfast instead of hot because of COVID but it was fine.

NONE OF THE STAFF WEAR MASKS AND THERE WAS LEFTOVER FOOD IN MY FRIDGE. This could have been a 5 star review had the staff taken the appropriate precautions by wearing masks and the cleaning staff checked the fridge. Ro
