Michelle was a great front desk lady really enjoyed talking to her and her making my family and me feel very welcomed! I love coming to the marysville hotel! We don't come all the time we at least come once or twice a year just to get away from home

Extremely pleased. Not often you roll in and find a quality establishment. Room cleanlisess Bailey at front desk and housekeeping personell over the top. I can't remember the last time I've been so pleased over an overnight stay

Extremely friendly front desk staff. Rooms on the first floor are very spacious and have really high ceilings so make them few extra big. The towels were soft for hotel towels. I would recommend this hotel if you are visiting from out of town.

Michelle at the front desk is by far the nicest employee we have encountered at Choice Hotels. She went above and beyond to make our check-in easy and efficient. She even popped fresh popcorn for us! So refreshing to have such wonderful customer service experience.

Once again this hotel is shinning as a five star. Cindy the housekeeper really cares about her guest as my room is impeccable! I've been staying here at Comfort Inn for 3yrs. 7months.for local business relations. This hotel is five star. Pillows are clean and fresh. The rooms are very clean. Bathrooms sparkle. Staff is exceptionally dedicated and genuinely passionate about the hospitality industry. I have never been disappointed. Breakfast is satisfying. Koodos to the staff! Great job!

We used the Comfort suites Marysville hotel for our wedding last week and we can't say enough about the sales rep, Kristina. She was amazing to work with. She responded with prompt calls and emails. Kristina was kind, patient, and compromising. She went above and beyond. Shout out to Jaynelle also.

This is a great place to stay very close to everything you need. This hotel has a great, friendly staff! Rooms are clean, small hot breakfast every morning and the popcorn and cookies are a nice touch!

Staff was EXCELLENT, rooms were clean and comfortable, Our new "Go To" spot when we are in town!

Stayed for a month. Great service always helpful in everyway, laundry was cheap, and rooms are clean. Can’t ask for much more. Breakfast is prepped early which filled my heart everyday of my stay. Shout out to them.

Was a great one night stay for business. The room I was put in was an accessible king suite. The room was huge, even the bathroom! The couch was so comfy I almost just slept on it instead of the bed! You can tell this hotel has high standards of cleanliness, as soon as I walked in I could tell how clean it was! This alone gave off a great vibe to the hotel and I would definitely stay again if in the area!

Was a wonderful stay for myself, room was large with a great couch, I didnt care for the shower setup because it gets the floor wet but it was still a nice place. Multiple places within walking distance for food/drinks.

Had an Amazing time at Comfort Suites in Marysville Ohio. Close to many good restaurants. Hotel was Clean. The workers are friendly. Breakfast was on point! The gym was nice, but wish it had more to offer. The pool area was Clean! And Heated! Rooms were decent, had 2 queen beds along with a pull out couch bed. Overall a Great Time! Only Downfall is to get their card reader fixed at check in. I had to run my card twice due to issues with card reader. Which made 2 pending transactions on my account. Besides waiting on the bank to clear one and drop one sucked, but all worked out. Overall my family had a great time and we would definitely recommend this hotel to others!

Arguably the best Hotel in Marysville. This is my go to, always comfortable, always convenient. Seriously the best hotel I've ever been to.

We ended up here after a reservation snafu with another chain (won't name them here will rate them separately). The Comfort Suites folks did their best to accommodate us and the staff was great.
The location is a little noisy being next to a major highway. The price was a lot higher than where we were originally booked. Complimentary breakfast was ok, pretty standard fare. Beds were ok but because of the booking problem, one of our party ended up on the pull out sofa and reported the experience as 'not good'.
