Dropped my mom off for an appointment waiting still over an hour for a pick up and all they say is someone in the way as another lady from same facility got picked up before her when I called way before. Ridiculous

Always super late (30 minutes to an hour late) to take my mother to dialysis from when she was supposed to be picked up and dropped off. Never had a more terrible ride service than them. I implore anyone who thinks about taking their services would and most likely have a better time with another ride service.
