I have been with this company for two months. I am off with medical reason right now. The out reach from all staff and the Executive Director is a true testament that I'm working in the right place. The care and concern from all of them is God sent. I never received this much care and concern from my previous 20+ years job. I know I am in a great place here at Evergreen Healthcare Center. This place is such a joke to work for. Was told multiple different things when hired on (reviews, raises, incentives, etc.) and was all a lie. Start up a department that was always forgotten about, completed a 2 week notice and still have not been paid PTO out. Company is a fake, nice to your face but will never actually do something unless you go against what they say then you are the bad guy. Overworked, under appreciated, and no one at corporate ever answers their phones or calls you back. I’m glad I left when I did. Definitely do not recommend working here.

Waited 2 hours over appointment time for a virtual appointment. I cannot wait that long for an appointment, that's why I made an appointment.

I used to work in HR at this company, as a part of NewVista. They are top-notch. At the top is an executive team that really cares. They promote hard work, collaboration, and above all patient care. It’s palpable in every department, even if you don’t interact with residents or patients. One of the most inspiring programs they implemented for all staff is CommuniCare Cares. This is a 501C3 dedicated to improving residents’ lives during the holidays, by organizing gifts to those without family support. Bravo.
