The customer service at Caa is so rude and disrespectful I had to call head people on the agency workers they treat us so bad they have nasty attitude and I be needing the help almost every year and I get anxiety when I have to call and set up appointment and when I do get my phone call or my face to face it’s a hell of a feeling and it’s always my own people black folk we treat each other so wrong I’m in need now fir help and the lady talks to me so nasty I have to ask her how is her day going lord please help Caa train the people to be some helpful to the clients and stop treating us so bad the white lady gayle Jones is very disrespectful and a few more people there and they been there for some years I don’t understand ehy

They saved me from losing my apartment. I got covid and had surgery on my lungs from it. I was in the hospital for Over a month. Still out of work due to long covid lung and anxeity/panic attack issues. They gave me three months of rent to help with everything after I got an eviction notice. Thank you so much for this support. It has helped Tremendously.
