I gave them one star. They shouldn't get it me my boyfriend and daughter and her three kids need a place and I called them and I got put on hold for over two hours then got hung up on. U guys are supposed to help not be rude. People need help and u are their to help if not u guys need to hire someone that cares and will help people

You figure this is community action of Akron that they would have funds for different things but I called because I'm going back to school and needed help getting my transcripts and they didn't have funds for that, so basically they want you to call them when you need rent paid but they don't want to help you to get the career in a job to help pay that rent! Very discouraging
