3They are great. Never ever made me feel like I was anything but important.
Unwelcoming building and staff! All staff we interacted with were unprofessional and it made my son and I very uncomfortable. There was a time misunderstanding for his initial therapy session and they didn’t seem to care about his well being when they gave us another appointment a month out. We found counsel elsewhere because this place just left a REALLY bad first impression and we won’t be back.
I am so fed up with this place! I had my doctors appointment on Thursday, with a promise to have my meds by Friday! Lol, yeah, right! It's now Tuesday, and still no meds! It is outrageous when you are on medications that you can not miss and I am now on day number 5 without meds
