They injured my dog!
My precious gentle dog and I should have ran out of there. I am angry at myself for allowing them to touch him the way they did. It was borderline abuse. I could go on and on about what they did. The tech and the vet. Their about the money not the pets.

Me & my kitties love CCAH! I will not take them anywhere else. My cat has had multiple health concerns this year and they have taken great care of her every step of the way! I am constantly referring all of my friends & family to them. Mao, Jesse & I are so grateful for the doctors & staff!

Dr. Miles and the entire staff are lovely people. We were there to say goodbye to a beloved member of the family, and they comforted us the entire time. I love them. I've been going here for years, even when I lived on the completely opposite end of town in another county.

We have been very pleased with their services and care they have given our pets. They have done a wonderful job during the pandemic. I like that I can use their app to refill prescriptions, ask questions, and keep track of all all of my pets care. I highly recommend Compassionate Care Animal Hospital.
Since moving, we really miss this place. The transition to another vet was easy with their help. They really lives up to their name.

We recently unexpectedly lost our poor kitty during surgery. Dr. Miles and the whole staff were right there mourning our loss. It was really hard for my 6 year old to say goodbye and she had so many questions and Dr. Miles answered them all and cried with us. She gave my daughter a book to keep about being brave when losing a pet and told us not to worry about any expenses. They also made us some pawprints to cherish and paid for the cremation. They have gone above and beyond to help us get through our loss and yesterday we recieved a sympathy card in the mail. We truly feel our sweet Zoey was loved by this amazing staff. We for sure will continue to bring our future fur babies her as well.

I have never seen a more caring and compassionate vet than Dr. Miles. She is absolutely amazing. I had trouble with my sweet cat that resulted in him going to sleep. Throughout the entire time we were having trouble they were always quick to reach out and Dr. Miles called me personally to discuss options without requiring an expensive office visit. Today when we said goodbye to our baby boy, she cried right along with us. Just seeing that she cared THAT much says way more about her and her practice than any review I could leave here. I 100% recommend this clinic.

They have been great with my elderly boy Kodi. They were very kind a supportive when I had to make a hard decision with a new kitten who had irreparable damage to her back. They have taken great care of all my cats and care a great deal. They don't do any unnecessary shots or procedures which I appreciate.

After thoroughly checking my fur-baby, Dr Cassie discussed her findings and options with me in order determine the best treatment. I am very pleased and happy with the staff and doctors at this facility.

I have had a few bad vet experiences in this area in the past! Dr. Miles and Compassionate Care came highly recommended and we, Seeley my 9 year old Border Collie and I, are VERY happy here! You will not be disappointed! Easily 5 Stars!

My babies Abby, Sassy and I love the friendly caring service that Compassionate Care Animal Hospital provides. They are gentle, they make sure that you understand everything that is going on with your pet and keep you involved the whole time whether they are healthy or not quite feeling themselves. I have recommended them to several of my friends who love them as much as we do. It's not often you find a vet that your pet can be totally relaxed around. I truly recommend them to everyone.

My special girl Feather aka Pumbum developed more mats in her long fur due to my shoulder surgery and not brushing her enough. Compassionate care animal hospital came through again and clipped away all the troublesome mats and they didn't say a word to me about how did I let those mats happen. They care about the pets and the pet parents. They have been my vet since I moved back to Ohio and I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Great experience. Welcoming staff, affordable pricing and clean facility. The veterinarian's and staff really seem to enjoy their job and genuinely care for the animals. My pups and I love compassionate care!

If I could give them a million stars I would! We brought our sweet baby in to them to find out what was going on & liver lymphoma cancer was found, they all helped us any time of day, calls, texts, very responsive, they helped us in any way shape or form to help our sweet girl, very sadly the battle was lost much quicker than we could have imagined… they cried with us hugged us & you can absolutely feel the magnitude & depths of their love & care for your animals & you & your family, they even gave us a grieving packet & book to help our daughter with the loss. All these doctors should be so cared for. I love Compassionate Care. I know you can’t bring our baby back but you helped make it a little less painful for us. Thank you for absolutely everything!

I have been taking my two fur babies to this vet for four years. I have always been so grateful for the care they have given my animals when sick, as well as during annual exams. However, this evening I sit here still in tears from today’s annual exam with one of my dogs. We saw a DVM named Cassie that we have never seen before. I was made to feel like a bad dog mom because I opted out of early detection testing for my healthy dog, I am over feeding, and I need to bring her there more cause she doesn’t like that place! And it went on and on!
I am 60 years old and my husband and I and our children have always had dogs. All these years of seeing many different veterinarian’s I have NEVER felt shamed, lectured or ridiculed like I did today by Cassie. You may be great at your profession but that’s no excuse to make others feel worthless.

So grateful to have found this place 5 years ago when my dog was newly diagnosed with Addison’s disease and we needed a vet we could rely on to help us care for her! We have been incredibly happy with Dr. Miles and everybody else who works there. The veterinary nurses/techs are great, and our cat loves Dr. Guinan, too! Everyone there is thorough and caring and we couldn’t be happier with the care our 4-legged babies get there! Highly recommend!

For six years, Compassionate Care has taken care of our dogs with nothing but the utmost care, concern, and compassion possible. I thought they could not outdo themselves when they sent a handwritten card with 15 messages from staff when we lost our beloved dog. Today, I took my new 2-year-old dog there for his flu vaccine. Because the staff overlooked a heartworm test that should have been performed at his last visit, they were honest with me and did the test at no charge! With profuse apologies, the staff assured me that my dog was in great health and up-to-date on all of his needs. To have a vet staff looking out for my dog and being honest at the level they showed today means more than anything. I could not recommend Compassionate Care more highly. The way the handled their “mistake” speaks for itself.

We recently relocated to Pickerington and having a number of cats were a bit concerned about finding a quality veterinarian like we had prior to moving. Before we could find one, we had a situation with one cat that needed attention. I called around to a couple of vets and all but one simply offered an appointment the following week. Not Compassionate Care. While they had no immediate appointments available, they told us where to take her on an emergency basis and that we could follow up with them the next day, if need be. Their help in that instance showed me they truly live up to their name. We have been going there ever since and they are always kind, helpful and caring of our pets. As someone who has been to a number of vets over the years, I would certainly recommend Compassionate Care.
