This place is towing cars for expired plates when there is a state moratorium on license plates until July.

Parked my car in front of my apartment for 2 hours in the middle of the day while was making arrangements for my fathers passing. Same spot I have parked in with the same plates for 3 years. My parking pass is visible in my center console. I did not put it on my dash because I was leaving again. Absolutely ridiculous. But what should I expect from such a predatory business.

Well who even likes these places. Buildings are kinda scattered and hard to sort out but easy service.

Don't know why would you give a company that towed your car from your own apt complex anything more than a star. What am I suppose to say? Couldn't find my car in the morning, thought it was stolen but instead it was impounded. Great experience paying a ton of money getting my own car back? Lol

The customer service person, Heather, hung up on me and was an absolute unprofessional and incompetent mess. They towed my car when the visitor lot was full and the rental office no longer gives visitor passes. The company is a joke and are scam artists.

They stole my CAR from from my apartment. I wouldn't ever recommend them to anyone. I have a parking pass but that doesn't matter. They completely ignored that along with the two twin carseats in the back. These people like many other big corporations have no soul.

Super friendly staff, the girls that helped me get my car back were amazing. Driver even helped me find my car out on their lot.

There ended up being a mishap at my complex and my car was mistakenly towed to their facility. They rectified the issue and were able to release my vehicle for free! Thank you!

The only towing and impound company we could find in Columbus that understands professionalism. They provide excellent service to our condo association, with a web portal providing photos and towing information on each tow. They communicate well, and work hard. We couldn't be happier with their service.

Beyond rude. My husband and i went to pick up my car which is in his name, and they kicked me out. He was trying to hand them the registration and she rudely said I need your registration and I told her he was trying to hand it to him she then told me to leave the building. I replied she could have been more plesant then kicked me out of ththe building.

Nicole was awsome. It was simple to pick my car up and a fai price.people on here complaining about this tow company.

They towed my car in a visitor parking section. Charged me $160 to get it out and refused to give me change back when I paid in cash. Very horrible people

This place stinks, They sit around waiting at apartment complex’s thirst asf to pick up your veichle just so you could pay these pigs 156 or better to get your car back from there dirt back towing yard then it’s out west so you know what that means this place is one big joke they’ll get there’s soon!

This place is just looking for a quick way to tow cars. They dont know what they are doing. They claimed i was parked in front of a fire hydrant line when i was not. When i went to get my car they did not want to show me the pictures they took but afterwards they did & it clearly showed i was not parked in front of the fire hydrant line. I did get my money back. I will still file a complaint against them because i wasted $24 on an uber to go down there for no them towing my car for no reason.

This place's business model is built upon taking advantage of people. That's all you need to know.

It's another scum bag, tow lot, full of scam artists. I went to my friends apartment to pick him up for work and within the hour they ripped my car out of HIS PARKING SPOT because I didn't have a permit in my window. Come to find out they make contracts with low income apartment complexes to not ensure that the paying resident has a spot reserved for them, but to simply take people's vehicles at complete whim, the rear view mirror tag is to just ensure they are allowed to do this. Oh did I mention there was TWO other vehicles on both sides if me with out a permit.they definitely target vehicles.

Drivers make a habit of driving around neighborhoods without any headlights on. Complete disregard for the safety of the residents.

They are just looking for a quick car to take. If they took an extra 30 seconds to look close enough the car has the parking permit, I wouldn't have to take time off work. I'm sure they are not going to pay me for the hours I missed. They need to be absolutely certain the car is illegally parked before they take away something that could result in not making rent, putting food on the table, or needed for medical cost! That is what can happen for those who live paycheck to paycheck and miss work from not able to make the commute.

Leeches just looking to make a quick buck and tow a car where they shouldn't even have the tow truck at. Glad we were able to keep you from two cars that you shouldn't have been towed. Maybe you should spend less time at TJays and actually help out motorists that need help. Suck bags!

Scam artists. Illegally tow cars of people that don't know better. Sneak around messing with people's vehicles. Absolute scumbags.
