Completely Clean, Columbus OH

I am writing this review while Rick is still here half way through his job and oh boy what a heck of a job he is performing. I guess I have good luck with carpet cleaning companies. I though my last guy did a good job as well but definitely will hire this company over any one. 5 stars for sure and don’t hesitate to do business with company because you won’t regret it!

They were very communicative and responsive. The gentleman who performed the service was so polite and professional. They kept you informed every step of the way from pricing to arrival times. I would definitely use them again and would recommend.

I have had a stain in my carpet for three years. I forgot to even mention it to the crew because I figured there was no way they could get it out. When I got home the stain was GONE! The carpets looked brand new and my only regret was not having them come out sooner. Great job Rick!

I recently had completely clean out twice - once for general carpet cleaning and again for tile/grout cleaning. Both jobs involved quite a bit of square footage and all flooring was original to the house. The guys did great on both jobs - making all of our flooring almost look new again. One thing definitely worth mentioning is the outstanding communication. As someone with a busy 9-5 work schedule, I really appreciated the consistent updates and ETA given via text. Having a lot of contractors through my home recently, not a single one has shown up on time and so it was super refreshing that Rick and his crew went above and beyond with it keeping me in the loop. Highly recommend completely clean!

Rick is one awesome dude. I had to get a condo ready for a move in on short notice and he came out late in the day and got the job done. Excellent customer service and superior quality cleaning

Completely Clean is AMAZING! Rick & Paul were so nice, professional & hardworking! I really appreciated how knowledgeable Rick was about the entire process and how he took the time to explain the science behind the steps to me. Their work was worth every penny I paid and more! Rick was communicative on arrival time and showed up in the window he stated. He was resourceful with an alternate water source when out outdoor spigot turned out to be broken. He was thorough but fast, and our furniture and area rug turned out fantastic. Highly recommend! We will be contacting him again when it is time for our carpets to be cleaned.

Great experience with this company. I have pets and had many accident stains. They got out ALL of the stains! Very professional. Definitely recommend!

Completely Clean cleaned our tile floors and grout. I highly recommend them as they are the first company I've used that has cleaned the corners and edges of grout. The tile and grout look brand new.
