If you’re thinking of getting treatment done here don’t. It has been around five months that I’ve been there and I have been receiving so many letters in the mail threatening me that if I don’t pay my balance in full, they will send me to collections. I have called multiple times asking why am I still getting these letters in the mail and the customer service representative tells me that the company just does to scare people. I am currently on a payment plan and I should not be getting these letters in the mail when I am on a payment plan. So if you’re thinking of getting treatment done here and getting on a payment plan, don’t because you will be harassed by letter saying that you will be sent to collections if you don’t pay everything in full.

I can NOT stress enough how amazing this office is! Sandi is the best! I have seen a lot of drs for my back pain and she is the ONLY one willing to do more than just injections that clearly have not worked in the past. They are all so compassionate, patient and kind. I urge anyone with back pain that has not been helped by the typical injections to come see her! Thank you CCPM for all your support, compassion and understanding and thank you Sandi for being one of the best Dr's I've seen in a long time!
