After fighting for nine months to be able to get to see my doctor, after a hell of a summer due to the nastiness of the whole office situation at the Bayside clinic (which I have to go there to see my doctor), my medication completely taken away from me from the Perrysburg clinic (I’ll never go there again even though it’s 20 minutes away) I finally found Betsy lol and Stacy. Stacy you helped me out so much. I even told my doctor that I absolutely love this location. And you are in and out also. Driving a bit more sucks, I actually found a scenic route so I’m ok with that. The other two clinics especially the receptionist at Bayside, and a NP in the Perrysburg clinic that has like a god complex actually put me through hell. I’m glad I got to get into this location.

Very disappointed in my experience with Dr Brandon Stokey. I had been referred to his office by my PCP for chronic pain management after having been diagnosed with Lupus. During the 2 appointments he made it abundantly clear that he would not continue to manage my pain with medication. He stated I would find his treatment to be "barbaric" (his words exactly) and that he only treated cancer patients with the current dosage that I was currently taking. He then sent me to a psychologist. WHO recommend I try guided imagery to reduce my pain. I'm shocked at the lack of compassion and his inability to manage my pain. Lupus is a debilitating disease.i and many others suffer extreme pain and we deserve to have quality of life and be treated with dignity!

It is sad that I am leaving this type of review for a doctor who once I considered one of the only doctors I trusted. After years (over 10) of my family doctor writing my pain meds. She decided she didn't want to do that anymore. So going back this office, was shocking. After meeting with Dr. James, we agreed to a set of injections and to try to reduce my pain meds (which I was all for). After my first visit, I was told I would be dealing with Stacy for my pill counts and refills. Given no wiggle room, they reduced my meds for the second month in a row. I questioned what if the reduction is to low and it started hampering my work? I was told I would have to make an appointment to see Dr. James and discuss it with him. I also asked about random pill counts and urine test. Stacy said and I quote, " I wouldn't worry about it, you work full time and don't fit the profile". When I go to pick up my new script, the pharmacy said they couldn't fill it. I called Stacy to ask how she wanted me to proceed, pick up the partial script or send it to a different pharmacy. With no reply from her or Dr. James. I contacted my family doctor who sent the script to another pharmacy. It took her a week to return my phone call and informed me that she was off on Friday's and never told me what the process was for partial scripts.

The most disturbing thing of all, when I went for my procedure, Dr. James never remembered seeing me in the office for a consultation.

Doctor isn't about managing your pain just your medication and is very rude. Did every injection that was suggested, and every urine test (nvr dirty) and still cut back/off medication knowing it was affecting my ability to support my family.just a horrible doctor and all about money not your well being.very unethical towards patients.

My problem with that office is my surgeons office has tried several times to get my PT records on my therapy treatments with no success. So they asked me to try and no one answers the phone so I can get the records plus they don't return my calls. I went to comprehensive pain management on Meijer Dr. Toledo Ohio.
