Short wait, very good staff and excellent doctor, very knowledgeable, polite easy to talk to, answered all of my questions

I want to express my deep dissatisfaction with several appointments this establishment.

On multiple occasions, I have found my time wasted during scheduled appointments. My most recent visit was also particularly disappointing. I was scheduled to receive updated sclera lenses, which are essential for my vision, and to my dismay, the doctor did not have them ordered. This oversight resulted in another significant waste of time.

What exacerbates the situation is that, despite the doctor being aware of the issue with my sclera lenses and their ineffectiveness, no action was taken to rectify the problem during my appointment. As a result, I am left with sclera lenses that do not improve my vision, which is both frustrating and detrimental to my eye health.

I expect that my time and needs as a patient are respected and met with the utmost professionalism and care. My recent experiences have left me feeling undervalued as a patient. Overall, I will never consider referring anyone.

I do not believe concerns are taken seriously at this establishment, given several similar complaints over the course of years.

Dr. Chorian recently retired so I saw Dr. Hammond for this year’s eye exam. I wish they would have let me know in advance that she is an optometrist instead of an ophthalmologist as I would have preferred seeing one of the ophthalmologists as I soon will need cataract surgery. In the past Dr. George Chioran & staff had always provided me with a very thorough exam for various issues I’ve had over the years including an eye surgery to remove a growth on my outer eye area.

Dr. Beckman and his nurse Tammy have saved my eye sight on multiple occasions. Dr. Beckman is very thorough, takes his time with you, and explains everything. Tammy is a great resource. She recaps everything in simple terms, gets you the meds/ samples you need, and is super friendly.

Everything was done quickly and thoroughly. Dr. Wulff was very professional and answered all my questions.

I had cataract surgery on both eyes in June/July. I was extremely pleased with the professionalism of everyone I met. I was seeing 20/50 and I’m now back to 20/20 and 20/15 and had no pain throughout the process.
Dr Chorian and Dr Hammond were consummate professionals and I would recommend this office to anyone I know. The staff is so efficient and friendly it’s like family.

Dr Katie Wulf spent time giving me a thorough exam. She is knowledgeable, kind and has an excellent bedside manner, this is rare among doctors these days. I am so grateful that she cares about her patients!

Dr Beckmans exams discovered several potentially serious issues regarding my eyes. Those have since been corrected. He and his staff are informative and caring.

Is a great eye care place to go. They have good doctors, are very professional with experience, and prompt with their work.

My new eye doctor (Dr. Wolfe) is awesome. She was very pleasant and thorough. Noted we will follow a couple of conditions, no urgency to take action right away. Was a great visit!

Had another great experience with Dr Suh and the staff. Ended up not needing procedure I was referred for and dr told me what to do to help with the actual problem.
I have had great care and treatment everytime I have been to the office and everything is explained so that I have a complete understanding of and treatments or procedures.

Dr. Beckman is highly professional and knowledgeable. I like the fact that he looks at my chart history while I am in the examination room. His questioning and responses are in layman’s terms so I can easily understand the condition of my eye health. If you are looking for a highly competent ophthalmologist, Dr. Beckman is the doctor for you.

I absolutely love the care and attention given at Comprehensive Eye Care. It all began when I was greeted by Kristen with the biggest smile. She was so pleasant and kind. I must say Dr. Beckman is extremely patient; taking time to explain everything. It feels good to be treated with such care!
