Comprehensive Pain Stow

Absolutely Horrible on every level. Star rating says it all. My Surgeon was upset. They have now hired inhouse pain doctor. So poor

Every Comprehensive Pain Management office I've been to had a nice, clean environment. The wait time hasn't been as bad as most Dr's offices. The staff, including my personal Dr, nurses and PA's are very polite and have always answered any questions I've had. They take the time and don't make me feel rushed. Dr. Louwers is very easy to talk to, easy going and at the same time, professional. They have done a good job at managing my chronic back and joint pain with medication and have presented various non-medication related options to me to help me deal with it as well.

First time experiencing pain management it’s been a 2 yr battle with chronic back pain all test MRI show all mild symptoms referred to Dr Lowers had a great First time experience with him very thorough and seemed genuine however after trying different anti inflammatory drugs which neither helped the next step was cortisone injections Bilateral SI jts unfortunately I did not have good outcome and have been in more pain since I also hurt my back the same week experiencing sharp stabbing pains it was so bad went to ER and was told because I was pain management patient couldn’t treat me. Finally had f/u appt with Dr Lowers he was like Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde felt like I was put in a box and my only options where to do steroids and/or epidural injections and if that wasn’t enough he told me he didn’t care if I got 2nd opinion so it made feel like I was being dismissed so that being said I won’t be going back to pain management health care has become so political and all about the money when they schedule patients every 10mins your just a number and they have loss the ability to treat patients compassionately!
