Comprehensive Women's Care reviews
21Dr somani really listened to me and figured out i did have endometriosis. First dr in 15 yrs to actually listen to me and not make me feel like i didnt know what was going on with my body.
I believe there may be a mistake about some test results (I’m still waiting to hear back) but my visit was great. The staff were very friendly and I was in and out. Very organized.
Everyone in the office is very nice. Shut out to my black sistas working hard over there lol. Erica is so sweet and relatable. I just started coming here this year but this will definitely be my permanent place to go to for women’s health!
First I was given a test I wasn't supposed to have been given due to my age, then I was erroneously given a diagnostic code for cancer, and after that I was never given my actual test results that test for pre cancerous cells so I had to contact them and they were like "oh yeah, sorry. You're fine. " At no time during all of the confusion and mistakes did my provider call me to explain or apologize.
I have had bad experiences with OhioHealth organizations in the past, and I will not be utilizing their providers in the future.
There are no words to describe how thankful I am for Comprehensive Women’s Care and Dr Mini. I drove two hours to see her. I needed excision for endometriosis after a hysterectomy two years ago and other failed treatments. The whole office was kind, compassionate, and I felt like a friend was performing my surgery, not just another dr. I would recommend Dr Mini over and over again to anyone who asks! I drove two hours but would have driven twice that for her any day!
Dr. Mini is a gem! She delivered two of my babies and then she treated my endometriosis. She is skilled in robotic surgery. She has the best bedside manner of ANY doctor I have ever met. She's amazing. If you suspect you have endometriosis, Dr. Mini is the one you NEED to see!
I was scared to go here when I was first referred back in April. I read the reviews here and was genuinely worried about this place being terrible. BUT, I have had a completely different experience than the negative reviewers here. I am not saying they are wrong, just that my experiences have been quite good. I see Dr Somani and she is great. I am a high risk pregnancy and am here quite often. I have never had to wait more than a few minutes, other than the last time I was there. I waited about 10-15 minutes because Dr Somani was called unexpectedly to Riverside to do a birth. The people on the phone and at the desks are always nice. The woman who takes my blood is SO pleasant we usually end up chatting for a few minutes. I pass out easily, and she treats me so well and is careful to make sure I don’t get faint. The nurses I have seen have also been great. The building is very nice, clean and comfortable. We are in the middle of changing insurance carriers and the last time I went there I found out I actually had no insurance for about 2 weeks and the appointment was in the middle of that time. They still saw me and treated me well, and weren’t mean about me being unaware of the gap in insurance. Someone mentioned the plastic surgery ads around the building, there are some.but I don’t see how they offend anyone? Maybe it’s just a personal thing, but I don’t find them obnoxious. I am happy to come here.
I tried calling in to schedule an appointment & they said they would get back to me. It's been days and I haven't gotten a call back. I'm assuming they were annoyed I wanted to meet with a doctor instead of a nurse practitioner. I will not be coming here as I have found someone that actually cared to get me scheduled!
There are not enough words to describe how amazing Dr. Mini is. She's attentive, she is empathetic, and she doesn't give up on patients; she won't let you give up on yourself either! If you are in need of care, and if you suspect that you have endometriosis, see Dr. Mini. Even if you have to travel, please find a way to make the trip because she and her expertise are worth it. And so are you!
I've had two surgeries with Dr. Mini, and my quality of life has improved both physically and mentally. I always leave my appointments jazzed and inspired. And I'm not alone! You can check out many other positive surgical experiences about Dr. Mini on the Facebook group Nancy's Nook.
I am elated to find a kind and caring women's health center! I was treated with complete respect and genuine concern with my post menopausal issues. Quick test results and the best care I've gotten in 15 years! ️️️️️
My experience was fantastic. I had basically no wait, all the women were super friendly and made me feel very comfortable. I would highly recommend!
Dr. Somani is great. Waiting time is 25 minutes to 45 minutes.for 10 minutes examination time, they will make you wait 30 to 45 minutes. They don't respect your time. You cannot plan anything based om their appointment time.
I always wait for 20 30 minutes for the doc's appointment. And the only time i reached 20 min late and they dint entertain me. Doctors are good there but the staff at reception is not cooperative and very rude sometimes.scheduling an appointment is always a headache.
The office staff is a nightmare. Their tone and lack of knowledge is very disrespectful. Also, the long waits are nerve racking. It's a shame. I'm moving on.
Great experience with nurse Jennifer. Quick and painless exams and everyone is very understanding and helpful. Only took away one star because phone system is a nightmare and it’s hard to reach them. But once you do, they’re great!
I was here for a pregnancy in 2013. I still think about their inhumane treatment of pregnant women every day. Dr. Lee was great but she is gone now. The doctor I had at my birth, I don’t even remember her name. She was heartless. Pushed things on me that I didn’t want, pressured me, told me to stop screaming when my epidural failed and told me I brought this on myself by refusing cytotek. They treated me like no more than a farm animal. The hospital they deliver at pressured me to breastfeed to the point where I got mastitis and a 104 degree fever. I was sent home with a confirmed UTI. I wasn’t going to leave a review but it still angers me every day and I don’t want anyone else to go through what I went through. Try the OSU midwives. If you want decent pain management, human respect and any say over what happens to your body do not come to these backwards people.
I was a new patient and came in with an emergency. They got me right in same day, 10 AM.on a Friday! My primary sent me to Md Anath who was out on leave. I appreciate they answered the phone at 7 30 AM, and got me on the books quickly!
I am still looking forward to meeting Md Anath I hear she is a force to be reckoned with, very smart lady.
I called on a Monday morning in pain after a weekend suffering a terrible yeast infection. They got me in on the same day with Stephanie, and she was great. In addition to prescribing me an ointment and fungal medicine she took a culture. They called first thing the next day, and they said that the infection was bacterial not yeast. They called in an antibiotic immediately to my pharmacy. I love the group there.
This place was GREAT when Dr. Lee was there. They began losing great doctors and it turned into a nightmare. I have waited in the waiting room for 30 past my appointment just to be seated in a room and wait another 30-45 minutes to see the doctor. I literally went in for my 11 week check up with my twins and doctor Brienne Williford has be waiting over a hour. I was about to leave because I had to pick up my other children then that’s when she came out of no where asking for 5 more minutes. They suck as far as filling out FMLA paper work. I’m no longer a patient
I've been a patient with Dr. Ananth for over 25 years! Dr. Ananth has always been very pleasant and friendly, and remembered details from my prior visit, even though it was over a year between visits! The office was very helpful in working with my insurance company over non-covered RXs. Over the last several years, I have been seeing nurse practitioner Emily McMillan, who is also extremely friendly and compassionate. At my last visit, I barely sat down when was called by the nurse. I was in and out in less than an hour!
