Implementing the appointment system was smart. Before they did appointments, it was a roll of the dice as to how long I'd have to wait. The location I use is popular, and I'd wait close to an hour at times (unfortunately, I'm a frequent flyer, need frequent blood draws). With the appointment, I'm in and out of there in less than 20 minutes usually.

While I had a very good experience with my visit. I do want to thank the technician who worked with me. I did notice that your iPad sign in for service caused a number of older customers problems some of which just left. I saw four instances in just the 35 minutes I was waiting. I can't imagine how many in a day. Might look at helping with sign-in for these folks.

Best receptionist ever. Knowledge, offered correct paperwork, payment and signature, then off you go to a pleasant nurse with nice sharp needles. A little small talk and away you go. I drive 20 mi round trip for consistent great service. Every time. Results are usually back in 24 hours. Worth every penny.

In spite of it being close to closing time, the staff was friendly and prepared for my blood draw.

Seemed to take much longer than necessary to register based on the challenges faced by other patients ahead of my. There was no one to assist.

As soon as I provided my information I was called in. The phlebotomist has a wonderful painless touch and a pleasant personality. I was on my way in less than ten minutes.

You need to clarify what is acceptable if one does not have a mobile phone such as me. On my first visit to the clinic, I left after one hour since no one came and asked me to come in. In the afternoon, I finally found a real live person who told me I could enter my land-line as the number (which by the way cannot receive text messages).

The wait was a little long, but understandably considering that people are just getting back to seeing their doctors. The staff is always friendly and professional.

I would normally give the compunet at Miami valley south a 5 star. However today was terrible. Not sure I will ever use this location again unless things change a lot.

They make you wait for 45 plus minutes just to take a urine test! I came here once before and waited forever but thought i would give it another try and it was even worse the second time.
