Compunet Clinical Laboratories Acropolis Patient Service Center reviews
7If I could give a 0 on my phone, I would. They had my order for a pre procedure COVID test for 3 days, no contact to schedule. I called twice on day 4 l, first time was told there was no order, but they scheduled me. Confirmed fax was successful, called back, the person chewed me out. The COVID testers don't have time to talk to people. I should have gone online. Show up for my test and they said the order (signed by the doc) isn't a real order and they can't do it. They didn't have time to call me, the doc, or the hospital that submitted it. Funny.same doc, same hospital submitted the same "order" 2 months ago without problem. Never again.
I was a little confused on where to drive for the parking lot-based test, but they were very gracious and still saw me in a very timely fashion. Very kind, professional.
Been there numerous times.best needle work of anyone, anywhere.
You can barely feel the needle for blood taking.a great place, far better than hospital labs.
I have used this location on several occasions, not once have i had a bad experience.the staff has always been very helpful and very friendly.
Sorry to learn of the negative experiences about which some have written, but I note that the two more negative reviews were 3-6 years ago. I've used Compunet's services for more than 15 years in Beavercreek, and I have had only good experiences with people at the desk and those hitting my veins and was pleased that their office grew in size as they moved to the Acropolis. My only complaint is that my doctors write orders good for a year, but Compunet mgt will only honor for 6 months. I'm not a "plant" and know no one personally at Compunet, just have had professional service there for several years and am sufficiently satisfied to say so. Not to say that there haven't been one or two "misses" over these years, but none were traumatic and I've yet to meet a perfect person.
I have only been there twice and now insist my dr send me elsewhere. Both times they have had to stick me three times to get blood (I was very well hydrated and have good veins). After feeling extremely woosey I asked for some juice, which they do not provide nor crackers. Are you serious? ! My nurse just called me with my results and said unforrtuantly they used the wrong vials for one of the tests and didnt send out the other one. Great, I get to have the test repeated because of their incompetence. For such a small office, its always a ten minute wait Its no wonder their check in glass is fogged. Youd be outraged to see them just sitting there talking to each other, before one decided to get up and get you from the waiting room. NO THANKS
