Staff was pleasant, professional and wait time was short. The nurse drawing the blood was very friendly and professional.

Everyone nice there. Got service within acceptable amount of time. Only thing I could complain about is inadequate directions and only open for 4 hours daily.

Website stated that the office hours are 8am-12pm then 1-5pm. I called at 8: 20am. Received a voicemail stating that they were only open from 8- 12. I was then instructed to leave a message and someone would call me back within 24 hrs. I couldn't leave a message because "the mailbox is full".

Virtually painless! Very courteous, professional, and I felt comfortable asking questions.

When I walked in and approached the counter I was not greeted. After handing over my screening paperwork I went back and the lady had an attitude because I didn't have to urinate at that particular time. Then 15 later she waits until a guest comes in to tell me that I can't leave the premises until after my drug testing. Wow! The service and confidentiality doesn't exist here. Miamisburg is way better. Everything remains confidential.

Very unfriendly and rude. It’s hard to find their place first of all. They dint take me though I was 20 minutes before their closing lunch time. Least bothered about customers.

The staff is always pleasant, i've never had to wait longer than 5 minutes in and out. I would recommend to anyone
