I've called this place a few times in the last few weeks at different Times, the first time spoke to "Evan" he seemed nice. Asked me to call back & leave him more information, I have done so & have tried calling back a few times to see about getting my item repaired, But I get no callback whatsoever after leaving multiple voicemails, so far they get one star rating.hopefully they'll improve.

I took my laptop to Evan, he sat down with me, took a look at what was going on and informed me of what he thought was wrong. Ordered the part before I even left. Provided me with an reasonable estimate. Communicated with me when the part arrived and and estimated completion date. This is how a computer repair place should operate. This is first class operation.

So nice and professional had my computer fixed in a couple of days. He even came and picked it up and delivered it back to me because I was house bound with a broken foot. Will definitely recommend to everyone
