The staff at the front desk was very nice and helpful. However, I am questioning the knowledge of the doctor who saw me twice. I told the doctor I had Sjogren's Syndrome the first time I saw her. She had no idea what I was talking about. I had to explain it to her. The second time, I told her I was a type 2 diabetic. I told her I was on insulin. She was surprised. She said most type 2s are not on insulin. That is not true. Most of the people I know that are Type 2 use insulin. Therefore, based on my experience with the actual doctor, I question her knowledge. I will not return there unless I definitely have to.

I visited for a pre-employment 10-panel drug screen. Staff were friendly and efficient. Took the test Thursday, the employer received the results Friday, and I started work today (Monday).

Waited over an hour for my pre-employment drug screen. Very close to work, friendly staff, clean facility, but not efficient us of customer's time.

Staff was very helpful and got me in and out as quickly as possible also handled Covid stuff very well

I came for an urine analysis. They staff was courteous and very professional. There wasn't a long wait and they had me in and out fast.

I was there for a return to work and the intake process failed as I was not completely checked in after 20 mins as the person noted she was not use to working the front area- the room I was escorted too was not cleaned before entering and done. While standing at the door - the nurse refused to wear gloves after being asked 3 times - she advised she just washed her hands and I told her o would exit the exam if she didn’t put gloves on which she then obliged—- never will return to this location

My company utilizes this facility mostly for random or post-accident drug screening. The staff is always very efficient and pleasant to deal with. If we have to come in for a random, we always do so before 8AM before it gets busy. Sometimes there can be a long wait, but it's never been excessive.

Staff were very friendly, The Woman Doctor who saw me today was very kind and very thorough. And I like the fact they did an upscale hearing test. And I had very little wait time, to get seen, The office was clean and was a peaceful environment. Overall great experience and well pleased.

The staff is very professional, down to earth and super pleasant at concentra. They make you feel as if your visiting with family you haven’t seen in a while. ️️️️

Front desk was attentive upon entering, made eye contact through to process making it easy to ask questions and stay informed. They were respectful of your time from beginning to end. Doctor had good people skills and overall experience was very positive.

Very friendly and professional staff. The people doing the tests were personable and actually quite fun to work with. The entire staff seemed to enjoy their jobs, which was reflected through friendly demeanor and great sense of humor. I felt at ease there.

Quick, efficient, and nice staff. Completed my drug screen and DOT physical in one seamless process. The head doctor even gave me some insightful health tips pertaining to my personal life and the new job. Outstanding Experience!

The initial Tech that took me back to start my testing for a job. Was extremely rude, nasty and very unprofessional. She is definitely in the wrong field. She is one if the rudest people I've ever come across. The second person to take me back for the urine sample for my drug test was 1000 times better. She was the same one that got me registered. She was great.

Went for a DOT physical and drug test. I was in and out in no time. The staff was all very friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them!

Staff was friendly and hepful only thing that was wrong was had to go back because the seal on my drug test was broken before it reached the lab

Waited 5 hours to be seen, medical assistant could not have been anymore rude. Doctor was pleasant when we seen him. Definitely will not return to this location

The gentleman whom took care of me during my visit used his very pleasant social skills verses the I don't want to be at work gestures a client usually receives now and days. Very easy and quick process. Now, I can start my new job and the whole process took less than 3 days. I was greeted well too upon my arrival. Keep up the great work!

Very polite, Tony the lab tech was very informative, The Doctor Keller was professional and polite

Had to wait over 2 hours for a simple drug screen as other clients walked in after our arrival and were seen within minutes, hope to never have to come back
