Very fast and very easy. Helped me do what I needed to do and did it in a timely fashion. Good customer service.

When I went into the Concentra to get my renewal, I was working, but this doctor made me on a Friday afternoon go to three of my doctors to get releases for me to return to work and ALL my medical records be faxed to her before see gets me my card. Also me having stents, I'm required by the DOT to have a stress test every 2 years. My last one was 11-22-19, and 2 years and you have, 11-22-21. Its only February. My next appointment with my cardiologist is in October. So where does she have the right to tell me to get it in the next 90 days. Plus she gets her days of but puts me out of work till she gets back to review my stuff for 4 days now. Someone owes me some money.

Went in there to do a physical hearing and vision test plus a drug screening for my job I have to do retake my vision test because my job said I didn’t meet the company standards for vision but when taking the vision test the lady forgot to turn the machine on properly through the test mind way through said o I forgot

Clean office and lobby with clear, concise directions - both written and verbal. Staff were professional and cheerful despite it being the day after Christmas!

Clean office, staff was very nice and professional. My services were quick and the Dr.extreme nice and welcoming. He greeted me with a smiled, even shaking my hand. You don’t get that often from these types of establishments! Great job! I will be back!

I have visited two different facilities and everyone has always be pleasant. Adam Pt, is great. Kyle Pt, is wonderful and very hands on.

All staff there was very professional and efficient I came into to get TB test. I was in and out in less than 25 mins. When I came back for recheck 2 days later, I was immediately taken back and I was gone in less than 5 minutes!

Everyone was exceptionally nice and very professional all until it came time for my Physical. The Physical Therapist seemed a bit agitated as overwhelmed. Considerably understanding because he was the only one assisting 4 people from different jobs, as well as actual therapy patients but, his attitude overall sucked. Im thankful for ms. Ryan C. She was very courteous as well as made my process smooth.

I came to the clinic not prepared and the staff very patiently worked with me and a third party to get the correct information and complete my visit even though they were fairly busy. Very nice experience. Very professional the whole time.

Nurse at check in very friendly. All of the attending nurses have been super nice and friendly also. Very thorough exam by Abby my P. A.also. Listens well. I've been very happy with my experiences so far. I thought it would be like a visit to the Ohio DMV office, but it wasn't and I was surprised.

Went in for a pre employment drug screen and I got to the back in a decent time but they submitted my urinalysis for the wrong type of screening.

I were greeted, cantines were available to induce standardization, consent forms were comprehensive and not misleading, environment intensity was stimulating and relaxing, including an appropriate proximity to which the lab technician were able to assist me.
