Concentra Urgent Care, Holland OH

Very busy place but worth the wait! I was a walk-in patient. The check-in clerk, medical assistant, doctor and check-out clerk all were fantastic and they had positive happy vibes! Great customer service skills!

Extremely long waits for physicals. I waited 2 1/2 hrs and a coworker of mine waited 3 1/2 hrs.

My experience was perfectly fine. There was a lot of waiting involved, which is expected and I am a very patient individual. Unfortunately, I was furious that they asked me to provide my social security number just a few feet away from another person who was also getting a drug screening. They need to at least close the door to the room before I tell them my SSN. I was completely appalled by their lack of professionalism.

Staff in there yelling and fighting whole time. I waited 4.5 hrs for a dot physical witch is normally 5-15 min even when busy. Staff couldn’t even find the measuring tape to measure my neck for my physical. Most unorganized urgent care I have ever been too. Worst experience. If you have a choice go somewhere else.

It was horrible. I was accused 4 times of using toilet water for my drug test. I sat in the office for over an hour and a half drinking 6 cups of water, to be accused of not peeing in the cup. The nurse was incredibly disrespectful. She said she needed to send a refusal to the company because I walked out of the clinic, after being accused 4 times of lying. She wouldn’t even try and test my sample. She accused my sample of not being “warm enough” “yellow enough”, it was ridiculous. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone. I was unable to get my job due to this problem. It wasn’t even just the nurse testing me that was rude, the front desk people were rude and the other nurses in the back. Overall, absolutely ridiculous. Definitely a zero out of five stars but this made me put one star.

I had an 11am appointment so i signed in 10 minutes early and they never called my name for 45 minutes after my appointment time so I went up and they said I was supposed to do paperwork! But they never told me that! Nobody ever called me up. After multiple packages of paperwork, I was finally call back at 1PM! 2 hours after my appointment time! I was there for nearly 4.5 hours that day because I needed 4 tests. Even just a simple blood draw took 20 minutes!

All the employees were/are very friendly. It may take some time while you are there. I took me about 2 1/2 hours for a work physical and drug test. That would be my only issue. The staff was great, and I would definitely recommend this establishment.

The ladies were quick professional and very nice! This has always been my go to place for employment needs. Thanks for always doing a good job.

Love the people! They made my experience enjoyable and I had alot of fun when doing my test! They make you feel very comfortable

Got to the office at 4: 30 and walked in for a physical and drug screen for a job pre employment requirement. They got me in and stayed past their closing time to get it done

Staff was courteous and friendly. They processed my paperwork and got me in and out quickly.

I still have not received my test results yet. Yes it was done a day or two before Thanksgiving, so this has slowed down me starting a new job.

Front desk two individuals were wonderful and welcoming even with a busy waiting room! They interacted wonderfully! I own a business and I can only hope that my employees treat others like this.

Good people, clean facility, I liked doing the paperwork on my phone. I'd like getting test results back within a few days tho.

I was coming in for a T dap vaccination and the tech that gave me the shot was the best. Never even felt the shot.
