Concentra Urgent Care, Cincinnati OH

The staff were friendly yet professional. Move swiftly but I did not feel rushed. The staff/ NP did a very effecient exam. I guess due to the Covid-19. I am an RN. I always go to the Concentra Urgent Care in Norwood. Clean neat exam rooms. What I like is no unnecessary chapter btwn staff. I think that takes away from professional atmosphere needed when caring for others it makes Patients feel you are not paying attention to us. I love it and would recommend it highly. Keep up the good work!

Always in and out, the women there are professional, do what they can to help if one is without info, I even seem them charge cell phones for individuals, they're patient, even when frustrated.

From the moment I walked in door, was greeted and treated professionally. The process for DOT physical was quick and easy. In and out in a timely manner

Everyone was very friendly and professional and I appreciated the courtesy. It would have been helpful if someone told me how to follow up with the medical officer but other than that everyone was extremely helpful.

UPDATE: - BREACHED HIPPA, admitted to me on a recorded line. Tried to get someone to address this. Have heard nothing from them after requesting someone from corporate compliance call.

Staff was very unprofessional, NP looked a mess, staff was in front talking about patients out loud and also on their personal cell phones. The entire experience was terrible and unprofessional. Will be contacting corporate to express my concerns about this location.

The place is very very clean.you are treated worh dignity and respect there.they will get you in and out promptly in a timely fashion.i would recommend this place to any and everyone for their service, anything from a physical to simple doctor needs.and i wouldn't hesitate to use their services in the near future.

My experience was great! Mary was the lady that worked with me. She was very well informed and gentle. I felt very comfortable with her.

How can a nurse practitioner give me a 3-month card because I'm a pound-and-a-half overweight I've never been under 200 when I took the DOT test I weigh 205 and she said I'm a pound and a half over wait my neck's always been a size 16 to a 17 all of a sudden I have to take a sleep disorder test it's not sitting well with me

Dont go here for a DOT pysical, you can be completely healthy like I was and still only get a 3 month card because my neck measured 17 inches she got me for the sleep test. Remember guys there is NO regulations for sleep apnea for a DOT pysical its up to the examiner and apparently im not the only one who had this issue. I had gotten an email saying something was messed up on my long form so hopefully they cought it and will give me a 24 month card.

It’s rare that you find the entire staff completely happy up beat and personal.everyone had jokes, smiles and just a great persona about themselves! Extremely helpful and genuine.

Understand that they do get busy and they try to accommodate you as readily as they can.so remember to be patient because you are a patient lol. I would highly recommend this site!

I am very upset, because this is my second time having to do a sleep study, for a condition I do not have! I could understand it, of I never done one, but I have. It's not free! It's really a waste of time and money, for me! The nurse practitioner lied on top of that and said, "that a body mass index of 50 is required a sleep study, " but mine is 48. Then she changed it to 40. What is it, 40 or 50? Like I said, it's really BS!

I was greeted and despite the waiting room being about half full, I was taken care of in just a few minutes. My experience was Excellent. Everyone was very professional and explained every step of the process. I really appreciate that I want just dropped off in a room. There was great communication about who would see me next and time frame. I would highly recommend this location.

GOT HERE AT 8AM, WAS THE 2ND IN LINE AND WAS SEEN AT 930AM! FOR A PHYSICAL. NOT GOOD. Then waited another 30min to do my chest xray! Just RIDICULOUS! One should have the whole day free to come here.

Great service and friendly employees, especially Mary, but I waited for over an hour to be called for my scheduled appointment.

I was in the job market, and had multiple drug screens in a short period of time. I ended up with consecutive screens (for different employers) handled by Concentra.
The first Concentra screen took 6 calendar days (!), which was horrifying.
The 2nd screen (a month later) took LESS than 36 hours (which is really excellent).

Even though they have fancy name and and clean indoor, the service is really poor. I had to wait 2: 30 hrs just to visit the doctor. Their name should be "money/insurance first" not "carefirst".

Horrible! Took the DOT urinalysis on April 18,2019. It is now April 22,2019 and still no results are in. I am a truck driver. No results, no driving, no pay. Never again!
