Concord Health & Rehab Center, Wheelersburg OH

I have had both my uncle and my grandfather here. The staff have been nothing other than amazing! The nurses and nurses aids go above and beyond and really do make the residents feel like family! Definitely recommend to others!

My mom has been in this facility for over a year. The employees have been great with my mom. They make over her and make her feel loved. I appreciate all of the employees in each department that I deal with. I am kept informed about her care and about any changes that are made. The therapy group is very good and so friendly. There are activities for the residents and they take them on outings as well. The administrator is always out and about in the hallways and also participates in some of the activities with the residents. I am very happy with the care that my mom receives here.

I thank the Lord daily for the care my mom receives at Concord Health and Rehab. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the facility is very clean. I would recommend Concord over any other facility.

Everyone is so nice and help with anything you need and does alot for the patients that are there I was in there for rehab and they are also there for the patients and help you with anything you need if I ever have to have rehab again or because of heath issues I would come right back here this is the best place I have ever been in and I used to work in a nursing home they have the most caring staff they are there for the patients so if I ever needed help with anything I would come right back here they are also loving and friendly to everyone. I would like to thank you all for everything you did for me while I was there.
