Condor Garden Apartments, Elyria OH

I’d truly recommend Condor Garden Apartments for anyone seeking affordable housing in Elyria that is quiet, well managed, & allows pets. Amber, the property manager, is very efficient and quickly resolves any issues you may have. Greg, the maintenance man, is also very professional & gets things fixed promptly. My fiancé and I lived here for two years and had little to no complaints. The only thing I wished other tenants would have done was to keep up with picking up their dogs’ poop in the yard. Overall, it is a decent place to live.

Do not rent from this place! I lived here for a year there is always dog poop up front and all over the parking lot. It was disgusting.

Condor apartments is disgusting. I lived here for a year. There was constant dog poop at the front door and all over parking lot.
I complained repeatedly to the Manager and sent Amber pictures. Amber never stopped tenants who were allowing their dogs to do so. The hallways were rarely vacumed. I do not recommend.

Nice neighborhood and friendly neighbors! Very affordable and clean. Greg, the maintenance guy, answered every work order within a day and the halls are always clean. I enjoyed living here- it's quiet and peaceful. I'm sad to be leaving, but glad I got to live here for the past 18 months. Amber, the manager, is kind and professional and is quick to return calls for any questions. Truly the best experience I've ever had in an apartment!

It was a nice first apartment I had with a nice sized balcony and okay appliances. I enjoyed the location because it was mostly quiet and out of the way. The only issue was that there were squeaky spots when walking in the apartment and the AC was not great. Management was pleasant to deal with during my time here. I had no issues.

Really nice tenants and property worker's, great environment for work or renting out a unit!

Amber is the nicest person when there's a problem she is right on it and the maintenance is awesome he works hard on fixing things I love living here

I’m very impressed with Amber the complex manager, she has a way of making unpleasant business necessities almost a pleasant experience. Amber is always very friendly and genuinely interested in what’s happening in my world on any particular day. A personal experience I had dealing with Amber in resolving my broken glass door. It could’ve been a lot worse and she worked through it. I felt respected and cared for during the whole process. I expected to be treated less then. But she handled all the logistics amazingly. And now we’re resolving the issue. Totally professional. She often is out planting and upgrading the property. I can’t say enough. Give her a 20% raise your saving money she’s worth a lot more!

Just wow. First off the property manager, Amber, is a dream to work with. She has been so nice and helpful. I'm moving in from Pennsylvania and Amber has been the biggest help with making sure things run smoothly in the housing department. Next, the property is amazing. For just me the 2 bedroom suite is spacious yet comfy. Then the birds! It's like I'm camping in the Allegheny National Forest again. Waking up to so much bird song. You can't hear much in the way of traffic. Only the occasional truck and train. Otherwise it's quiet, comfortable and just safe. The grounds are clean, no piles of rubbish or broken down cars. I jumped on the apartment cause it was the first place that was both affordable AND didn't scream "CRIME ZONE! " like a lot of other places around Elyria. I can easily see myself living at Condor for quite a few years.

I have lived at condor gardens for a year and a half and have had nothing but a great experience. The building and the neighborhood are very quiet and easy to live in. The apartments themselves are very spacious with a great deck to enjoy. The staff is fantastic always helpful and attentive to whatever is needed. If you are looking for a great place to live for a a very reasonable price condor gardens is it.

If I could give negative stars I would! My wife and I were hoping to move this property but after visiting the rental office and smelling the animal urine we asked the office staff about it and was met with an attitude. We didn’t ask for our money back but instead of trying to hear our concerns, the staff immediately jumped to “you were already told your money was not refundable. ” Do yourself the favor and tour the entire property including the inside of the buildings before you sign over $500 plus. Apparently it’s standard for residents here to leave their animals in their apartments unattended while they go on vacation. Enjoy the smell of animal urine!

Great property. Well maintained. The staff is great and very responsive. The property is very clean. Tucked back away from the fast pace of the city. I absolutely love it here.

Amber is always on top of every issues that I have living at Condor garden, very helpful and any maintenance issues that I have are very fast to be addressed
