I absolutely love the staff at Confidence! Mikayla is the best there is and the micro needling procedure has made me look 10 years younger. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Victoria is amazing at electrolysis and a true pro. I had serious doubts about trying it, but she quickly dispelled my apprehensions. I look forward to my future sessions with her and I have no doubt I’ll be happy with the final result!

I also did laser hair removal and then now have moved to electrolysis as the hair has lightened and only need a few touch ups! Very pleased with my results.

Really friendly, really convenient location when on the Viaduct, however their laser hair removal machine was the most painful I ever experienced. It was like a deodorant stick rather than a pen. There are other laser hair removal machines that hurt much less!

I went here once to get a consultation for arm hair removal in preparation for a transgender surgery. Online they advertise as being LGBT friendly and willing to do that kind of hair removal. When I went in for my consultation, everyone was polite, but once I told them I needed hair removal for the surgery, they said it was not ethically possible for them to do only one arm (about 3/4 of forearm). The lady who helped me said that would be considered disfigurement, and it could look bad on and no other electrolysist would either. Instead, they could only do it if I got hair removal on the entirety of both arms. That would be nearly triple the amount of time and cost (for something I didn’t want). My surgeon gave me a template for the hair removal, so it was something medically required- not disfigurement.

Not only that, she kept discouraging me to do electrolysis and to do laser hair removal instead because electrolysis would take too long. I knew what both entailed and did not like being discouraged from a service.

I said none of that was going to work for me, especially after being told it would be disfigurement and it wouldn’t look normal multiple times.

Granted, later that day, they called me back and said they would be willing to contact my surgeon and get more details to make it work. This was a red flag to me because they didn’t choose to trust me as a customer for something that would affect me the most. The surgeon would have told them the same exact thing as me. After having another consultation with an electrolysist, I found out they don’t have any sort of requirements preventing them from doing this. I did not call them back because I didn’t feel comfortable providing my surgeon’s information and I didn’t want to return after my consultation.

My experience with Victoria for microblading at Confidence Med Spa was absolutely fantastic! She is a true artist and a master of her craft. Victoria's attention to detail and skillful technique resulted in flawless, natural-looking eyebrows that exceeded my expectations. I felt completely at ease throughout the process, thanks to her professionalism and warm demeanor. I highly recommend Victoria for anyone considering microblading. She is simply outstanding!

The facilities at Confidence Med Spa were clean, modern, and well-maintained. The staff, including the front desk receptionists, were friendly and accommodating, creating a welcoming atmosphere that added to the overall positive experience.

I had majorly stressed my skin, and none of my usual methods or products seemed to correct the issue. I went in and spoke with some of the women who worked there. They were kind, attentive and funny. They took the time to explain my error, and directed me to some products to use at home and possible services going forward. Long story short the products were exactly what I needed. My skin looks restored+ after using the products the first night. Will definitely be going back for services! Thanks ladies!

I have been so pleased with my experience at Confidence. I've dealt with hormonal hair growth from PCOS for years and finally got up the gumption to do something about it. I chose Confidence because of its location and read through the reviews. I liked that it was independently owned and not a chain. I was fortunate to have Victoria as my technician (the owner) and she is just a wealth of knowledge and passionate about what she does. I've had two laser sessions with her and it's just amazing. She thorough, explains exactly what abd why she's doing what she's doing and I so grateful for the positive experience and results. I recommend this establishment and the friendly and knowledgable staff. Keep it up!

Takes a lot for me to leave a negative review but this place indeed deserves one. After multiple unhappy services, I continued to give them multiple chances bc I “did” like the staff. But After multiple over charges (admitting to it on a voicemail) and l a text message from them admitting they used a bad batch on me. I continued to complain on my unhappy service (once AGAIN). At first they tried to convince me it was me. Haaa, what’s the excuse now? I even stated I don’t think it mikaylas fault, just maybe another bad batch. But God for bid I was given a chance to complete what I’m saying without being cut off numerous times. Why continue to go back and keep trying if the service can’t be fulfilled and they won’t take accountability in their actions. Take your money else where.

Now who in their right mind would KEEP coming back for services with no results? So yeah, after 3 unsatisfied services, I think I have every right not be be happy. Learn to take accountability. Stay blessed

Went in and asked for electrolysis and for some reason got pushed into laser hair removal. I spent like $800 on five sessions, just for ALL OF THE HAIR TO GROW BACK, WITH ZERO REDUCTION IN THICKNESS, in less than 5 months. I was told I’d only have to touch up once a year.

I don’t know how much they charge for electrolysis, but I would have rather spent my money on a solution that was actually permanent.
